“Great place to stay”

This hotel is a great place to stay near the center of Valencia. It has easy access to bus lines, short taxi ride to the airport, and is close to the aquarium. It is clean and comfortable and the restaurant had good food.

“hotel was nice but location wasn't”

The hotel was very clean and modern looking. We had maid service daily. Location was 5-8 min. drive to Center of Arts and Science (highly recommended) and 10-15 min from city center. The only draw back was that the nearby banks will not convert $ to euros, you have to go to the city center and use the bigger banks. This is only an issue if you sleep in since banks there only open from 8-2 pm. Valencia itself is not a big tourist spot so not too many people speak English.

“Very nice, well located hotel”

My girlfriend and I stayed here June 08. Based on our experience of the hotel chain and this hotel's location, we decided to stay. On arrival, reception staff were friendly & helpful. Their english was generally very good. Our room, on the 4th floor, looked out on to the main road below. The view was pleasant with a green area down the centre of the road with palm trees. The noise from traffic was not bothersome. The room itself was of a high standard. It was spotlessly clean with air con. During our stay we had breakfast 3 times, which we particularly enjoyed. Although it seemed slightly expensive initially, it was essentially an all you can eat buffet. There was an amazing selection of food & drinks including fresh fruit juices, fresh coffee, tea, meats, fresh fruit, toast, pastries etc. We used some other hotel facilities including the bar & the leisure facilities on the rooftop. The pool was small & quite shallow, but it was good to just lounge around in. The sauna was also small, but adequate. The gym only had a few items of equipment. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We wanted to go to the beach & to the city centre & we could get to both easily by catching the no. 19 bus, which stops almost right outside the hotel. This was a reliable and cheap way to get around. Nearby there is the science and arts complex, an architecturally impressive place & within easy walking distance. There are some great restaurants also nearby. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

“Not near anything”

This hotel was small, staff were relatively unhelpful and spoke very limited english. Also not really near anything. The rooms were clean but the whole hotel smelled like smoke. Wouldn't recommend it if staying for a while. If you just need somewhere to sleep it is clean, pretty and relatively cheap.

“Will not recommend”

Main issue with the hotel was the comfort of the beds, if you do not like a very hard bed that felt more like a plank of wood then do not stay here! Staff service was average but certainly not friendly in anyway. Restaurant very reasonably priced and one of the better ones in the area. Outside pool very small and disappointing with no effort to make roof area appealing at all. Basically a pool surrounded by brick walls! Quite disappointed overall, the hotel rates itself much higher than the quality it can actually offer.
