Avoid this hotel at all costs

We have never met a more unwelcoming hotel in all our many years of travelling. The staff could not have cared less, the carpark access is unbeliveably difficult for anything other than a very small car and there are no signs giving height or width restrictions. A lift is used to take cars down to the underground parking and my car (Range Rover)was too heavy for the lift. We left without breakfast because there were no staff in the dining room even half an hour after the published opening time and this after we had contacted reception. Physically the hotel is well appointed and furnished but it is badly managed and the staff have no idea of what customer service means.
