Everything was great except the pool. The main reason we stayed at a hotel was so our 5 year old could play in the pool. It was so crowded, big kids kept hitting her on accident & we finally just got out. Her heart was broken but it wasn’t safe. For a building that has 8 floors of rooms, the pool is just too small.

Remodeling is being done so the hotel was in a bit of disarray but that can’t be helped. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice. There was a lot of traffic noise but I still slept well in a very comfortable bed. This was our first stay at a Druley Inn and we will definitely be using them again.

Room was new and clean. When I booked the room on another site their was nothing about the renovation happening during our stay. I did however receive a phone call letting me know prior to arrival it was happening.

Have stayed at this property before and liked - convenient for us - Only extra comment : was very surprised at check in to find the level of renovation that was in process, as did not see ANY comments about renovations during the booking process with Expedia. Work started at 8 am sharp - very loud, did not need an alarm if that is when you wanted to awake. Work continued all day and elevator waits could take a while. The staff would bend over backwards for any assistance that was needed or any requests during our stay. Just very surprised at no notification from Expedia up front.

There is no reason the hotel shouldn't make it clear that they are under construction before you book. I would never have stayed here otherwise. It was loud, inconvenient, and crowded. The gift bags were a joke honestly. We were told construction wouldn't start until 8 am and it started before 7 am on a Thursday. There was limited parking because of the construction. The staff was mostly friendly, but checking in was extremely difficult as we couldn't use the company card I booked with until it was authorized. So we have a $400 hold on our account until then. Super inconvenient. Our room also had other people's hair on the bedding which is unacceptable. If the construction wasn't an issue then I would be inclined to come back, otherwise no thanks.

I called and cancelled my reservation a week ahead of time and was still charged even though we never even went... apparently the lady i talked to forgot to cancel when i called... so unprofessional and I'm pissed and disappointed in their service... been on the road for days so i haven't had time to chat with a manager unfortunately but i doubt they will refund me anyways

Overall a good stay, just a night out with the grandkids for some fun. The sheets had multiple pieces of hair under the sheets and blankets, I always check the beds when I first arrive at any hotel. I just stopped looking after finding multiple hairs and they were not mine. I brought my own blanket so I was good.

Super nice facility, clean rooms, awesome that they had dinner and breakfast for us. it offsets the cost of the room which we would normally spend for supper somewhere else. Think of it as you are paying for Dinner, and Breakfast, which you would normally spend $80 for both included in the cost of the room if you are worried about price of the room

Spectacular Kickback/Happy hour. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, great variety of items and delicious. Beds are comfortable and so is the sofa bed. Very polite and helpful workers. Easy access from freeway and surprising quiet.
