"Super cool property, staff was nice. Room was good but the bed was tilted like the frame was broke and the chase lounge had a massive period blood stain. We put a towel over it so we didnt have to look at it. Roof top bar was awesome and the restaurant downstairs looked good but we didnt try it. "

They seemed put out that we needed new cards and one woman was rude and scolded me because I was in the wrong line. Overall our stay was really good."

Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available."

"The amenities are incredible. Walking distance to a lot of places as well as convenient for uber/ shuttle. The employees were incredible and the room was clean. The bathroom is very small and the pool was always full of kids but other than that we loved our stay! We will be coming back! "
