“Friendly, Comfortable & Convenient”

Arrived at 1:30 am and staff was friendly & helpful. Checkout was a breeze and excellent shuttle service to and from airport. Room was clean & comfortable.

If you need a place to sleep and drop your stuff off, these are very reasonable priced rooms. Very close to the Richmond. Rooms are clean and well kept. No food, except for vending machines, but a IHOP Restaurant is located next door, just walking distance. (Hotel lobby offers toothbrush, toothpaste, just incase you forgot yours.) Suggestion - small convience/sundry store?

TheAccent Inns Vancouver Airport was a wonderful choice. The room was spacious and well appointed, the price was relatively modest and it gave us both complimentary shuttle transport to and from the airport and parking during our trip. The office people were helpful and curteous.

“As pleasant as Vancouver's Skytrain!”

I usually stay in center city. This time, I tried an experiment and traded that for economy,faster access to airport and skytrain. I found a quiet place, super-friendly atmosphere. No restaurant, alas, but 100 steps away there is a huge Sandman Inn with several, and metres away a couple of survivable cheaper places. Free 8 minute shuttle to airport at 6 a.m. was terrific convenience. Place isn't luxurious, but it is very clean and surprisingly quiet -- and there are lovely flowers everywhere. I smirked when I saw the highway outside and the unprepossessing exterior, but inside I found the ch eriest staff and had the fastest, easiest check-in and a terrific, free wireless internet. It is a practical traveler's delight -- no drama, no problem, no failing..Great good humored staff. Needed a taxi in a rush one night -- 3 minutes! International clients and staff interacted gracefully. The soccer mom's mini-van of Vancouver hotels!

This hotel is very clean, their staffs were so nice, we had the room in down stair when checked in, but we requested if we can have the upstair level, yes they let us have it. We will definitlly go back to this hotel in the near future, and recommend to our ralative and friend.

Impeccable service. Some part of the Inn was being renovated, but they just do it at the right time, not too early. The staff was very helpful especially Dave. Will recommend this Inn and for sure will come back (if ever).
