Excellent business hotel

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Location was great, hotel was very quiet, comfortable, and clean. Fitness facilities were great.
Cons: Open the gym earlier! Conference sessions start at 8, so there was no way to fit in a workout before leaving the hotel (gym opens at 7).
Check in was smooth. Staff was very friendly - they were especially sweet to my daughter, who was with me as a special birthday treat. Cleaning staff were exemplary. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, good price, comfortable room.

Pros: Location, very quiet and comfortable room.
Cons: No in-room directory of the hotel's facilities. Room fan very noisy at night, but if you shut if off you'll be too warm.
Location: Short walk to the Seabus or SkyTrain. Downtown location so near entertainment venues. Gastown nearby as well as the seawall walk to Stanley Park.
I chose this hotel as a surprise for my husband's birthday. We'd never been there before but it looked to be relatively upscale, reasonably priced and great location. We were able to take the Seabus from the North Shore and walk a short distance to the hotel (no cab fare or parking charge). Front desk staff were very friendly and prompt. There was a quick explanation of the room and breakfast area. I promptly forgot the latter which resulted in some confused wandering the next morning. The room was very good. Nice furnishings, small kitchenette facilities; all very clean and functioning perfectly. The corner window had a peek-a-boo view of the west the cruise ship terminal, but mostly views of the lower structure's roofs. Someone visiting Vancouver would not be pleased with the view; not an important detail for us as we live there. AS A VISITOR, ASK FOR A NICE VIEW.Two complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. It's a minor price for them but it can be a petty annoyance to pay a stupid price for a bottle of water elsewhere. Two little chocolates bedside, always enjoyed! The breakfast was good. Also complimentary. Small room so completely filled around 9:00 am. Typical continental style breakfast plus a few more upscale additions: pastries, muffins, scones, mini bagels, bread, two healthy cereals etc. Coffee was fairly good and continually replaced. Also "to-go" cups which was nice. T. Must go the the Lions Pub, adjacent to the hotel.

Nice location..not so helpful staff

Posted Apr 4, 2015
Nice location right in downtown. Parking is behind hotel if you can find it Only a small placard with name of hotel so driving by it was hard to locate. Had to call 3 times to verify location and parking and then when in parking garage had to call back as didn't know how to get to hotel from there. The staff acted as if they weren't used to being asked questions and only offered bits of information instead of going the extra mile. Overall I would stay here again as location and cleanliness were spot on. Just don't look for a warming reception if you are not from the area.

Excellent Stay

Pros: The location
Cons: Such a minor detail but the shower was intense. Really the only way to discribe it, the pressure from the shower head would almost knock you over.
Location: Super close to the convention centre & Canada Place. We were with in walking distance from many shops & restaurants, convenient stores etc.
This is our second time staying at your hotel. We came last year for the Vancouver Tattoo convention and really enjoyed how close our hotel was to the convention centre and all the other amenaties around.

Great getaway

Perfect hospitality and an amazing comfortable stay. The pool was amazing and our room had a great view with lots of useful appliances. However, was upset that they did not notify us when breakfast was served and missed out on the continental breakfast.

スタッフは感じの良い値段の割にコスパがよくない小綺麗で気楽なホテル

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: 清掃。ジム、プール、ロケーション、スタッフの対応
Cons:

clean and quiet place to stay

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: Location and facilities.
Cons: Sofa beds are always a problem in Hotels, this one was better than most.
Location: Restaurants and irish pub nearby. Close to skytrain and Canada Place.
Great front desk staff, helped us out storing bags and allowing a later check out as we were catching a flight that evening, good location

Very convenient, very comfortable

Have stayed here several times previously when it was attached to the Terminal City Club. The new management and staff have improved both the service and the ambiance. Highly recommend..
