Nice hotel. Walk to cruise terminal.Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Great location. Close to everything downtown Vancouver.
Arrived at hotel very early from cruise ship (9 AM) and they allowed us to check into our room immediately. Staff was very accommodating and room was comfortable and clean. Nice continental breakfast included.

City hotel located near Coal HarbourPosted Jul 20, 2015
The hotel is handily located for the Coal Harbour area and downtown Vancouver in general. Overall, it was functional and our deluxe room was comfortable, though not especially large. The staff were very helpful in arranging an emergency dental appointment and also forwarding a mobile phone that we left in the room safe. The breakfast room is quite small and became very busy at times (the hotel does not have a restaurant). Car parking was quite expensive at CAD36 per day.

Night before cruisePosted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Bath robes, bedding, breakfast, pool/hot tub.
Cons: Mural on ugly wall.
Location: Right near the pier. We walked to Stanley Park. All the buses to sites are right around the block. Lots of restaurants.
Such a nice place. So close to pier. They took our luggage to the ship for us so we could do the Hop on/Hop off bus tour of the city without worry of making it back by check out time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our breakfast. Loved the robes and the comfortable bed. Only negative our view was the back of an ugly building but we were not in the room long enough for that to be a bother.

Great Location for Cruise PortPosted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: Location, staff
Great location downtown, close to Canada Place and Gastown. Breakfast was basic, but included. Odd layout in that the reception is shared with a club, and the elevators are shared with an office block so on entry it is not your typical hotel. However, the room was comfortable and clean. A little pricey, but then it is right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, so to be expected. Staff were great, the porter wheeled our luggage over to the cruise port for us on the morning of our departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Visit to VancouverPosted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: The rooms were spacious and lovely. It was so centrally located.
Cons: The hotel was difficult to find. The signage from the street was inadequate. The breakfast are was too small. There were no seats when we arrived.
Location: Gastown was just blocks away with lots of shops and restaurants. The harbor was just around the corner with a great place to walk.
We arrived and the hotel staff were nice and checked us right in. There we three couples. Our rooms were very nice. The location of this hotel is awesome.

Nice hotel locationPosted Jun 14, 2015
We had a nice room with a view but hotel lobby needs a major uplift, walkways need new carpet and breakfast needs to be improved a lot from all carb foods to a variety of foods.

Good location downtown with potentially good views between and around buildings of the water and vistas beyond. Staff was mixed with initial greeting not great. Kind of a "low touch" hotel. No real amenities downstairs. No gift shop and small lobby. There is no room service. It is adjacent to a restaurant but they are not affiliated. You have the use of the terminal club, which has great facilities (pool, spa, Jacuzzi, and gym). However, again, they are not affiliated. On the last day, our flight was cancelled and we had to return to the hotel. When I went into the Terminal Club lobby and sat down on the couch to close my eyes for a minute, a staff member tapped my knee and told me I wasn't allowed to sleep on the couch. I was not stretched out and I was only closing my eyes. This led to a slow boil and then a verbal fight and I walked out. They need to work out their relationship with the Terminal Club, whose lobby is right up the stairs from theirs, and there is not division, before I can recommend. That said, we had a one bedroom suite for about $300/night (USD), which is pretty good. And the room staff was nice. Two staff members, Amine and Carlito, were very nice and helpful. Otherwise, I thought they were either officious, or not great.
