Positive: the room was clean and well furnished. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Negatives: poor TV choices - tv can't connect to wifi so you can't stream from device; be careful you don't get ripped off- online the best western website said the room was $170 the manager tried to charge $398.
The property is fine, location warrants supervision of vehicles in lot, exterior needs attention, staff friendly, continental breakfast fine, would stay here again
Promised me a wheelchair accessible room and when I arrived there was nothing. I had to use a room with no bathroom access and use the bathroom down the hall.
Toilet not flushing properly. Microwave busted.
Dangerous for a guy in a chair to manage. I asked for a refund. they said. "Go to Expedia" not good

I always stay here when i visit Maple Ridge and love it! the staff and breakfast are great and its nice having pool access for the kids as well.
My only Comment about my current stay is that the TV in my room wouldn't even turn on and after talking with the staff, its been happening in a few rooms due to some minor renovations. but otherwise this hotel is always great! :)
The motel has been recently updated. The motel is pet friendly. The only significant issue was the noise from the upstairs guests. I would stay here again.
Great staff, easy check in. Good to have the breakfast in the morning. Coffee was a big hit.

Booked through Expedia onsite at hotel, unable to check in, they kept my money, then would not allow me to use wifi to make alternative arrangements, kicked out in Street in the middle of the night even though I paid in full, bad neighborhood

Second time I have stay. It severs its purpose. Location is very convenient. Lots of parking. Room is clean and serviced daily. More than anything is the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

To start, the girls at the front were very nice. Unfortunately, my stay was terrible! There were literally drug addicts walking around inside and outside. They kept me up threw the night on two occasions as I was there for 10 nights. I couldn't change hotels because the hotel had already been submitted threw work. The hot tub had 4 inches of foam on top, it was so dirty. I couldn't use the bath tub because the plug was broken. One morning there was white stuff all over the hallway in front of my door from a vent in the ceiling. I changed rooms 3 times because of noise and other issues. One room the floor to the bathroom was sinking. The air conditioner in another room didn't work. I am thankful I never have to stay here again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had! Even though the girls at the front desk were nice, I couldn't even look at the staff after I left as I was so upset. My final exams were after my last night there. I did not sleep the entire night because of someone opening and shutting all night.(not exagerating at all!). I'm lucky I passed. Do not stay here!!!
