Clean and quiet. New front desk staff oops told us the wrong closing of breakfast time, but the very nice food service gal let us eat while she cleaned and put away. Solid stay for a solid price. No complaints.

Toilet ran during the night rm 311 and no hair conditioner. I did appreciate that the room was clean. The staff were accommodating.

The staff was polite and friendly. Our room was cleaned when we put up the sign. The breakfast was delicious and had choices we all loved. Their pool was clean and relaxing. All in all, we loved the experience and would definitely stay there again!

We weee supposed to have connecting rooms, confirmed by phone day of but upon checking in, we were told there had been some flooding and the room wasn’t available. Instead, we had one room that wreaked of cigarette smoke and another adjacent to a crying baby.

Horrible service, arrived and couldnt find anyone to check me in till 3am , then only one card worked, so when i tried mine it didnt work so i ended up sleeping in my car but then my wife went to try and her card worked but that was 10am already, besides the 100 doller depost they attempted to charge me 25 dollers twice after being d1cks about being parked in the parking lot 1 hour after checking out, i had few hours to spare so we jus sat in my truck till two employees come telling us we have to leave because we checkednout an hour ago , and i only used the room for 1.5h to shower

Our room was very clean. We were on the road side and the traffic was very noisy all night. If I stayed again would make sure my room was on the other side of the building.

I was surprised that the "service dog" and owner were put in the room next to me, when I said that I was allergic to dogs. There were plenty of other rooms to choose from. You take the $100 security deposit very quickly, it would be nice if you would return it in like manner.

Almost everything was wonderful. We appreciated the kind lady at the front desk who allowed us to check in early. We’d been traveling for five hours and needed to freshen up before visiting family. Breakfast was very nice and the woman in charge there was helpful and efficient. Our room (211) seemed nice and clean but it had a slight off smell to it when we arrived. We opened the window for a bit and that seemed to resolve the issue. Have never had that problem at this hotel before. Just thought I’d mention it. Otherwise everything was very nice. Thank you for asking.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great - nice selection. Staff also was very nice. Woman who was cleaning the rooms on the second was doing a great job.

I booked this hotel for the use of the pool and hot tub. Didn't find out until checking in they were both closed. There is no mention on the website of this

Repairs and maintenance are currently being done with our pool and we apologize for the misunderstanding. The staff here were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Everything smelled so clean. Breakfast was great, good options, clean area, tasty food. Best hotel experience I've had in a while.

The young man at the front desk was AMAZING!! This trip is for our palliative child and the young man helped us with everything we needed. I believe his name is Elijah . He deserves accolades and a big raise for going above and beyond!! 💝
