The location is excellent. It is close to everything, including shopping, dining, Skytrain and more. I would stay at this hotel again. The staff was helpful with questions, and we had great advice about where to shop. There is also a Nester's Grocery store nearby if you don't want to eat out for every meal.

Overall good experience but the light coming thru the drapes in the Bedroom from the other external neighboring Buildings was disturbing and uncomfortable. Those could be thicker. thx

For being on a busy street in the Yaletown district the noise level is kinda high. My room on the top floor had good window and balcony door gaskets that significantly lowered the noise. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Good towels and water pressure. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful…all shifts.

Excelente opción para conocer Vancouver. El staff del hotel es Muy amable y sus recomendaciones fantásticas. Muy bien ubicado aunque no la Mejor zona está a minutos caminando de Buenos Restaurantes, Tiendas y transportes. Para el precio vs calidad es muy buena opción especialmente si viajas en Familia !!!

The hotel is great but the location is not that great even though it’s in downtown. For some reason the Granville st is where most of the homeless people gathered when I was walking around. Other than that, I will give the hotel 4stars

Room was always cleaned which was nice. Area/street around the property is sketchy looking. Gym was simple and nice. Someone charged a meal to my room and the staff removed from my bill but also called me again after to make sure “again” that I didn’t charge meal. I was clear at check out that the meal charge was not mine and someone else made a mistake. So I didn’t appreciate the follow up phone call to be asked again.

The location and the staff at this property were great. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were big. We didn’t receive a VIP upgrade as they said that our room we booked already was an upgrade.

We were at the hotel around 1:30 and had hoped for early check in. Totally understood that the room was not ready but requested a contact to advise when available. No call. Came back to hotel at 3:45 and other than a short apology found this disappointing. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean, very close to Yaletown. Walking distance to Science World too. You can also walk to the water taxis to Grainville Island. The area around the hotel does have a ton of homeless and there are several areas that smell horrible. Walking at night is not as comfortable.

The front desk check-in was handled by friendly and efficient staff. The main reason I stayed here was the proximity to a music venue. The room was a great size and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We have a wonderful stay here. All the staff was really really helpful and kind. We found it really easy to get around and lots of great places to eat near by. Easy walking to Granville island water taxi and Science World. Two great bakeries close by. We were traveling with 3 kids and are coming from another big city so our kids are used to seeing all kinds of city dwellers. If you aren't comfortable with seeing all walks of life ( homeless or drug users) then Granville street or Vancouver as a whole might not be for you.

She works her tail off, I see it and is still such a sweet kind compassionate soul. The property is good for the price. Has good basics and overall great staff. The parking was easy, and so was check in and checkout. The location is pretty unbeatable, although not the best if you're noise sensitive. The few things that I'd say are lacking are: none of the outlets in the tables worked... Only one where you had to leave your phone on the floor at the bottom of the bed... And the toilet paper was single ply and pretty bad...

First the things I did not like. I was not told there was a $32.50 daily parking charge until I was billed at check out. Could this be because I booked through Expedia? When we got in the room one of the first things I saw was a very long black hair in the sink. My husband is pretty bald, and I am blond white. So it didn't come from us. What I did like: The room was good, spacious, and had the King size bed I requested. The bed was super comfortable, pretty firm but still enough padding to sleep on. Lots of closet space. The remote for the main room TV seemed to be a bit weak on battery power, I finally gave up trying to get it to move from channel to channel. There were 2 TV's in the room. No coffee machine, the room provided the bare necessities without any extras. There is a fridge that froze bottled water, but at least it was cold. Staff are lovely.

Also, being located in the heart of downtown Vancouver we, like most hotels in the area, charge for parking. Our parking lot is one of the most competitively priced in downtown Vancouver. Overall a good place to stay. Although if you’re there on a Thursday or Friday night, there might be an awful lot of nightlife especially when the bars closed down. Quite a bit of love music outside from cars. Felt like I was next to a nightclub stadium. Very hard for the hotel to manage. Other than this rooms were cleaned each day and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
