Pros: Loved the cooking area and kitchen ammenities.. like bikes & helmets you could borrow. The purified H20 and containers for the rooms WERE awesome!
We stayed for 2 nights.. great central location.. easy walking to a lot of what downtown Vancouver offers. Loved the free purified H20 on each floor w/containers in each room. Beats paying $2 per bottle that most hotels charge you! Loved that they had bikes & helmets to borrow also! The kitchenette was the clincher on the deal though! Fabulous stay!

good location

Pros: location, cleanliness, laundry access
Cons: parking fee should just be included in room rate
Location: Saw Granville Island...nice restaurant choice in area
We only had one day in Vancouver, and the hotel staff were helpful with recommendations. Nice extra was free fare on ferry to Granville Island. Laundry area was a plus for us also.

Perfect location!

Pros: Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms
We arrived in Vancouver from our Alaskan cruise early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at about 10:30am. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready! Although we were only staying one night, the hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Chinatown, Gastown and many other sites in Vancouver. An added benefit was the attached restaurant which had a great selection of foods for good prices. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this to my friends and family.

Pre-cruise three night stay.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The location and a reasonable price for the downtown location.
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: See the city.
Our stay was excellent. The desk staff were very helpful, and the hotel two days pass for the price of one day on the Hop-on, Hop-off bus was a very good deal and a very good way to explore Vancouver.

Nice hotel close to downtown.

The room was very well equipped with kitchen utensils in addition to micro oven and refrigerator. Also many well located electric outlets and quick connection to wifi showed meticulous consideration for the customer. The room was well cleaned and the materials of bed, towel, toilet items were good quality. We were happy to stay here.

Great staff and service

Pros: Service
The hotel had great staff and service but the location was not in the greatest part of town. Across a thift store and lots of homeless and gates on store fronts.

Good hotel in a changing neighbourhood

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: comfy beds and great location.
Cons: Queen size beds would be great!
Location: There is so much nearby - Granville Island, downtown, Stanley Park, shopping on 4th Avenue, great restaurants
We stayed here on our first trip to Vancouver. At first we were unsure as this is a changing neighbourhood but ended up loving it. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location ended up being great - a 10 minute drive to Canada Place, 5 minutes to Stanley Park and right off of the Granville Bridge. We were super busy and really only slept and did not spend time in the hotel. There was a WhiteSpot attached which made for a quick breakfast. I would recommend it for families but please note that there is no pool.

Great location great staff. Perfect location for us. Right in the middle of downtown. Easy to drive to. Staff was really courteous and super helpful. The restaurant connected to the hotel is ok staff is great but food was so so. I would definitely stay here again
