convenient, close to public transit (bus)Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: family atmosphere
Cons: may be a larger desk with TV (small) for news in the room
Location: Vancouver is not a big, easy to go around
friendly and helpful staff. 2 minutes to the main road and 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to the Richmond. 30 minutes to UBC.

B&B close to Children's HospitalPosted Apr 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
The couple running the B&B were very friendly and accommodating but the kitchen area needed a very good cleaning and sanitizing before anyone would want to eat a breakfast there. The sleeping room was comfortable and the bathroom was relatively clean.

AwfulPosted Apr 1, 2014
Dirty, bad conditions. When we came to check in with small kids, we need to wait for 30 minutes outside under pouring rain. No acoustic insulation, so all night we were listening how other people were taking a shower on the next floor.

Stay Clear of this place....Posted Nov 9, 2006
It's this type of accomodation that spoils the good name of Bed and Breakfast. The correct room was not provided. The place was dirty. Breakfast was not provided. There was mold on and in the fridge.
