excellent locationPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Its location and the size of the room. Our room also had a nice view.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: This hotel is in downtown Vancouver and close to many high-end shop and restaurants.
We spent one night at this hotel while visiting several friends in the Vancouver area. It is in an excellent location, close to shopping and many fine restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was competent and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Recent StayPosted Aug 20, 2014
Cons: keep AC on a moderate setting during warmer days
Room AC was not on when we arrived and western exposure made it difficult to cool. Hotel was full and we could not change rooms. Opted for another property nearby. Hotel staff was very understanding and apologetic. Not a typical issue but they were having a heatwave. Manager address our concerns promptly, courteously and cooled us off with a glass of wine with his compliments.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staffPosted Aug 20, 2014
The hotel is located within walking distance to Granville and other attractions. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was inexpensive and quite good (we has breakfast both mornings). The only downside to this hotel would be noise (from traffic - the hotel and guests were quiet) and beds that were too hard for my liking. I can put up with a harder bed for a few days and that didn't damper out visit to this hotel. All in, great hotel and reasonably priced.

Good location for activities, but next door to a hospital, so the sirens were noticable at night. Higher floors would be preferrable.

Business meetings in the hotel.Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Clean and convenient.
Cons: I can't think of anything significant. The parking garage was very tight.
Location: It's a great downtown location.
It's a pretty nice hotel really. The restaurant was quite good and the staff was very outgoing.

Older Hotel but nicely updatedPosted Aug 18, 2014
Cons: The room had no bathrobes or air conditioning in the bedroom. The restaurant was great for brunch but let us down for dinner.
Location: Central to everything.
We tried to book the buffet downstairs for the brunch but parking could not be extended for us.

The hotel was nice great view comfy room .Posted Aug 17, 2014
The experience was ok however just because were younger they made us sign a paper in case we party. We were having a hotel vacation just because were young does not mean we are going to party . I liked some staff and the hotel people were helpful but i would but i would not go back because of the signed paper that everyone does not have to sign . And i will not reccomend it for that reasom

Great hotel right beside St. Paul's Hospital.Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Very close to the hospital.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Movie theatre close, restaurants close, shopping close.
We had a great stay with very courteous staff. They offered information of where to eat, shop and theatre options which were close by.

No better than a 3 starPosted Aug 11, 2014
Cons: room reno
Location: robson street only 2 blocks away for shopping.
great downtown location, close to most amenities, nice lobby, rooms run down a bit - we had a suite and did not have any towels, cloths, paper towels in the kitchen. pull out bed was quite uncomfortable. washrooms were decent.
