Breathtaking top-of-the-city viewsPosted Oct 5, 2013
Cons: A small complaint, but the ironing boards were of poor quality covering that the permanent wrinkles from the board cover itself transferred to clothes
Location: A walk to the Stanley park, the waterfront, and tons of restaurants and shopping!
My wife and I just returned home from a 5 night stay at Club Intrawest Vancouver. I'll never forget the experience with 30th floor views of the city, excellent service, and clean, comfortable living space we were extremely happy with our experience. The rain could not dampen our enjoyment of "living the high life" in Vancouver. We would happily return!

Great location, stunning viewsPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Location, comfort
Cons: We stayed for 5 nights but the towels were not chnaged - the schedule is a change after 3 days if you stay for 6 nights. This is poor.
Location: Central to the City - easy walk to everywhere.
We stayed for 5 nights on the 29th floor - stunning views of the City. We were in a 1 bed studio as a family of 4 - very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were excellent and the hotel has a great range of amenities. Fantastic location for exploring the City.

Club Intra-west VancouverPosted Jul 7, 2013
Pros: Amenities offered by the hotel
Cons: amenities specifically offered by Club Intra-West
Location: good location -- lots of dining and shopping nearby
Basically just very nice mini-studio apartments in the Sheraton Wall Centre. The hotel has lovely amenities--pool, workout rooms, spa, etc., available, but as for the Intra-West angle, the members' lounge did not offer much except a nice view and a comfortable place to sit. I would think more would be available in there to encourage people to see the value in joining. Restaurant and bar were good.

Nice hotel right in the heart of downtown VancouvePosted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: Location and room
Cons: There should be coffee and fixings for every day that you stay there, not just enough for one morning.
The hotel was fairly new and clean. The room had a fantastic cityscape view. The location was perfect for exploring the city on bike, which is most definitely the way to go. Don't forget your raincoat!

Vancouver vacationPosted Jun 16, 2013
we are a family of four, the hotel accommodation met our requirements, was comfortable, the elevator was a little tricky with the room card but worked.

Outstanding opportunityPosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The rooms of Club Intrawest are comfortable and clean. Also, if the weather cooperates, the views are awesome. The studio could use better chairs or more of a desk. However, the lounge served as a good backup for 'doing work'. The lounge has responsive wireless and a better chair/table combo. I needed to make my own breakfast and an IGA marketplace is a block away. The room was very accommodating for this and was well-provisioned. Those booking should be aware that the rooms are only serviced after 4 nights (more of a condo than a hotel). However, I knew that going in and you are given more than enough towels to last (the bed is easy to make!). The Sheraton's check-in/check-out desk is less than responsive. When additional persons were needed for checkin (full-hotel, 4pm) they were not available; this also happened at check-out (10:30 am during a conference's coffee break). In addition, I was told that the desk did not keep a cash float when a day later, one was accessible! Finally, I walked or used public transit the entire stay. Two-blocks east (Granville) and you can connect to other buses, the SeaBus, Sky train or Canada Link to the airport. I will stay here again should I next need a hotel in Vancouver...will just remember that I have to "cool my jets" at check-in/check-out!

Great location and staff!Posted Feb 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was quite darling. I would be very happy to stay there for a three day conference or some similiar outing. It did not have a full kitchen in the studio suite, but the sink and large fridge and other amenities made it very comfortable. The lounge downstairs is clean and inviting, and there is a 24 hour coffee bar. Overall a great hotel and location!

We stayed on the 30th floor. Great view of the city. The room was very spacious and clean. Didn't have a chance to see the building amenities, but it was obvious that the entire building was very well maintained. There's a 24hr coffee shop on the LL. Great location downtown; everything is within walking distance.
