“Friendly, Helpful Staff and Service! Very Clean City!”
A very nice stay for our quick trip to Vancouver B for the U2 concert. The check-in went very smoothly, we had aparking pass for the private hotel parking, located under the hotel. Easy access to our car and close to hotel door/elevator. Nice indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna room. Entertaining Seagulls land on the balcony railing for treats. Views of water, big cargo ships and water taxi's. Due to city-wide Taxi shortage for the concert, we walked to PC Place Stadium within 30 minutes--and back afterwards. A very friendly city.
“Will visit again.”
This is a first class hotel and experience. The amenities, hotel services were exemplary. The location is also great for public transportation.
“Nice place to stay”
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was within a block of Stanley Park and the Beach. Plenty of places to eat nearby at all price ranges. I liked the fact that their was a supermarket located in the basement level. The suites had a kitchen that was stocked with everthing but a frying pan. This made it very difficult to cook breakfast. The cupcake store located on the next block was awesome. We stopped their on a daily basis.
“Perfect location and lovely hotel”
The room was perfect for us, the perfect size and location, right by Stanley Park and just off a main area for night life and restaurants. As a down side, our view from the balcony window was a bit grim and the decor was slightly faded and tired but overall it was excellent value for money and we would definately stay there again
“Great location”
The staff were all very helpful. The view from our room was so good that two nights we got our meals to go and ate in our room in front of our large window. The bus to take you downtown or to the skytrain is only one block away and we didn't have to wait more than 5 minuets at any time. There are 80 (eighty) restaurants in a nine block area by the hotel. Stanley Park is very near by.
“Location, location, location.”
Terrific suite with view of Stanley Park and Beach. Location perfect for what we wanted, tennis and walks in Stanley Park, English Bay Beach and local neighborhood feel. Don't understand complaints of it being dated. We loved it and would most definately return. Found some great little restaurants just blocks away.
“Great Vancouver Hotel”
Friendly and helpful staff, lots of restaurants on site or walking distance, small Mall adjacent
“Great experience”
We were quite happy with this hotel. It was clean, had very good staff, and great amenities (my husband said the gym was especially nice). We loved that it was close to Stanley Park and all the ethnic restaurants along Denman. The big window in our room, which overlooked the downtown skyline, was also something we really enjoyed. The room was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable.
“Best hotel ever”

“Great Location in Vancouver-near beach, restaurants and gay area”
