Overnight stay

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: comfortable bed
We just needed a clean room and comfortable bed for a one-night stay. Everything was good but parking could be an issue. We got in late, after midnight, and there was one parking spot left in the whole lot. I don't know what we would have done had that spot not been available.

Wonderful hotel, close to Stanley Park, lots to offe

Posted Aug 22, 2014
The room was ready and waiting when we arrived in North Vancouver.Quiet relaxing outdoor patio with a bubbling fountain and patio table to read or enjoy your morning coffee from the continental breakfast. The wonderful staff suggested a dining place, which was so appreciated and also gave me a map of the Vancouver area. The area was close to many attractions, the Capilano Suspension Bridge and another local park .As a traveller, the in hotel laundry was a plus. The housekeepers were exceptional and I would recommend this lovely hotel in North Vancouver.

Affordable close to Stanley park.

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Price and close to the city.
Cons: Cleaning crew should leave supplies.
Location: Stanley park is just across the Lions Gate bridge, tons of thing to do in Vancouver : Robson street, Gastown, Public Library, Yaletown, Denman street.
Reasonable hotel for what you pay. The air conditioning was broken, they changed us to another room right away. The cleaning crew is not very good, did not leave shampoo, only two towels instead of four. If you go to the front desk they will give you what you need. Good comfortable beds queen size. Hard to find something similar for the low price.

Good Hotel near Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Improved maintenance and cleaning restoration - the facility is beginning to show its wear.
Location: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Lions Gate Bridge, Stanley Park, Downtown Vancouver and Whistler
Appropriate pricing for quality of room which is adequately above average. Reason for choosing this hotel would e value and location.

Decent motel

Posted Aug 7, 2014
We stayed here a few years ago and again in summer of 2014. A bit of an old motel but clean, with friendly staff, and a good free breakfast.

For 1 night only.......

Posted Aug 6, 2014
If your just looking for a decent bed and shower for a night it's a 3.5 but anything longer and with family I'd look elsewhere. Counters were nasty with crusty old food and drink on them. No fridge or microwave in room. Very basic and small with double queens.

Nice hotel close to things to do

Posted Aug 5, 2014
It was a good hotel, kids liked the pool, close to different tourist attractions. Breakfast was good they do need another waffle maker as the lineups each morning were very long. Defiantly would stay again if visiting Vancouver again and would recommend :)

Affordable, comfy, good access to Stanley Park.

Honestly nicer than we expected. While this place is a bit run down, the beds are comfortable and clean. Relatively quiet considering location. Lovely staff. Hearty breakfast- very crowded!

Decent hotel for one night stay

Posted Jul 27, 2014
The hotel walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! The room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff was very nice. I would stay again but only if I was passing through. The location is great for access to major highways in all directions. I would not recommend a long stay .
