Good location

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Convenient location. Lots of choice at breakfast.
Cons: Hallway cleanliness.
Close to airport, Skytrain and restaurants. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hallways could be kept cleaner. Room was adequately clean. If the fan was kept no outside noise could be heard. A variety of breakfast foods.

Very convenient to airport

Posted Jul 18, 2014
A quick one night stay before an early morning flight. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast started at 5:30 a.m. and had a good selection. Shuttle was convenient. Would stay there again. It was within walking distance of the Sky train.

Close to the airport. River Rock casino short walk. Good buffet. Breakfast at hotel so-so Comfortable bed and pillows, which is what is important to me. Would not want to stay there too many nights. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.

Close to airport

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Friendly service. Clean accommodations. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Shuttle service.
We stayed here because of easy access to the airport. There wasn't much food within walking distance however, we found a sushi place very near in an old car repair shop. The food was very good but it was not much to look at the the surrounding area was trashy. There was a gambling hotel nearby which had an expensive buffet. The hotel shuttle was poorly marked so we missed it waiting at the airport shuttle stop. It needed better signage on the vehicle. Another hotel shuttle saw us and asked us who we were waiting for. The driver had seen us waiting for a long time. He took us to the hotel even though it wasn't his hotel. The shuttle back to the airport was on time picking us up at the hotel.

helpful staff. Close to subway station.

Pros: price, breakfast included
Cons: better choice of restaurants in walking distance
Location: Not a wonderful location as far to view but close to a subway location
Room was good for the price. Can take the train to downtown in short time frame. Burger-king and Subway were close by. Nicer restaurants were a short train ride away

free airport shuttle, walking distance to sky trai

Pros: Cheap, free airport shuttle and quick walk to sky train to go downtown for the day. Will come again.
Cons: Can't fix surroundings!
Location: Not great location for things to do, but close to airport and sky train.
Excellent staff, clean, comfy bed. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's great.

Can't even bring food to the room. I think that guests should have that privilege. They were watching us like hawks.

OK hotel close to the airport.

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Price and location to airport.
Cons: The van to and from the airport is shared with two other hotels, the Accent and Travelodge. It is old and too small.
Location: The nearest restaurants are Burger King and Subway a block away. Better restaurants are up to a six block walk. Minimal shopping nearby.
We only stayed one night after getting off a cruise ship in the morning. Could not check in until 2 pm and sick wife had to sleep on the couch in the lobby. The staff recommended arriving at the airport two hours prior to departure. This seems to be standard guidance at all hotels. We used online check in for US Air and departed the hotel two hours prior to departure. After check-in, customs and security we still had 40 minutes prior to boarding. There were plenty of shuttle options that would have allowed us to leave the hotel later, eat a little more breakfast, and reduce the waiting time at the airport.

Basics right no frills

As an overnight stay between flights this hotel works well. Shuttle service, a basic but very clean room and a good waffle breakfast and then a shuttle back to the airport.
