TOO small, squishy , outdated bathroom

Posted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Near to the PNE, location
Cons: Should remodel some rooms into bigger rooms
Location: pne 6 km away, Metro down about 4 km
outdated. too much money for no pool or exercise equip. continental breakfast was rather limited, and one sided toaster didn't help. All in all, too SMALL of rooms. No room for any luggage etc. Room service seemed to forget things.

Stayed for 4 nights, really comfy beds, clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast included, lots to choose from, right next to McDonalds. 5 minute drive to Metro Mall.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Especially liked the friendly, helpful staff and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The continental breakfast was fine, but guests seemed to unanimously agree that several of the toasters, provided, were definitely on their last legs!
This hotel exceeded our expectations when we stayed for 3 nights (family of 4). The room was clean, quiet, reasonably sized and had a nice flat screen TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable (even for me, and I have back issues so I'm picky about mattresses!) Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is on a frequent transit route that goes right into downtown. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and comfortable, and we all slept well and enjoyed our stay, which is what really matters.

Would not come back

Posted Oct 16, 2014
We dragged our luggage up the stairs to a bleach smelling room. Hotels needs elevators, room set up was poor. Couldn't sleep properly because every time I moved a little the extremely squeaky bed woke us up. No counter space in the tiny bathroom, or exhaust fan, we had to wait for the mirror to defog. The wobbly fridge was in the closet and there was no microwave so any food that we had in the room, had to be eaten cold. Very unimpressed! And the fact that it was non-refundable made us mad because we couldn't cancel our reservation and wouldve lost our money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy!

Week in Vancouver

Posted Oct 14, 2014
A bit out of town but very good value, clean & comfortable & attractive central garden. Breakfast included in price is so-so. Not much variety. 10-15 min walk to Skytrain into town-public transit system excellent. Very good & cheap Vietnamese restaurants in vicinity.

Nice hotel close to amenities

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: We liked the free breakfast free Internet and cable. And mini fridge to keep drinks cold. McDonald's was next door so that was nice.
Cons: It would have been better if the heater didn't make so much noise. I'm a light sleeper so that wasn't very pleasing. I would have liked softer pillows
Location: McDonld's is next door. There's many Asian restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Central location
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It's in the location we wanted to be. Nice to have free cable and Internet in the room. Kids enjoyed the free breakfast. Nice courtyard.
