Was expecting more?

Posted Aug 26, 2014
This place seems to close its perks doen rather early. The restaraunt had very quick service for only a few people in there. Decent food selection, prices were average to high for an attached restaraunt. Keys stopped eorkin in the locks.. Many people had to get theirs reset due to failed mag stripe programmig. Check out was quick. Check in was a but of a delay. I dont think this place is very wheel chair friendly. At least at the front

Ok hotel

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Good -helpful. The rates were very good.
Cons: Airport shuttle and better access/directions from highway and road.
Location: The airport is close. The bird sanctuary was spectacular! Downtown Vancouver is great but sometimes it takes a while to get in because of traffic.
It was close to the bird refuge, and had was close to the airport but had no shuttle; a little far from downtn Vancouver esp. during heavy traffic hours. Access road to hotel was confusing and dangerous esp. at night; you had to drive through a gas station to get to the hotel parking lot. Quiet and clean.

Thank you for your feedback. The original main entrance through the service station was a bit of an issue over the years so as of fall 2013 we have opened an new access road off of 60th Ave/Vasey Road just before the farmland. You can now turn safely at the lights and as soon as you pass the businesses on the corner you will see a sign for the Delta Town & Country Inn along the farmland. We hope that next time you come to visit us you will utilize this road.

I apologize that your stay wasn't pleasant. Our rooms do not come with a complimentary breakfast, however, we do have a very good restaurant on site that is known for its breakfast - I am sorry that you didn't have an opportunity to try it out. We are currently in the works of getting approval on new flat screen televisions.

Hotel was clean, but is sort of on the older side

Pros: the attached restaurant.
Cons: it needs a make over & upgrades..
Restaurant as a very limited menu, but the breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable, and adequate.

Thank you for your feedback. I am surprised to here about a limited menu as we actually have a fairly large breakfast menu. We have a very flexible kitchen - if you ever wish to have something that isn't on the menu, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We hope to have you back again soon!

Nice Hotel

Posted Aug 14, 2014
Delta Town and Country is a nice hotel, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean. I have stayed there before and when I am in the area it is my hotel of choice because of comfort, cleanliness and cost. The restaurant is decent. The only drawback is there is no elevator and we were on the second floor. Not unmanageable but a little more difficult. I would quickly recommend this hotel.

Thanks for the wonderful feedback. While we don't have an elevator as mentioned to our second floor, our front desk agents would be happy to assist anyone getting their bags to your rooms. We hope to have you back again soon!

Last hotel before the ferry!

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: 15 minutes from the ferry
Our family stayed here before catching a morning ferry when we had no ferry reservation and wanted an early start. We found it areasonably priced hotel for those who want to overnight before getting on the ferry. The hotel smells and feels old although reasonably maintained, carpets and linens OK and ac worked fine so did an early morning wakeup call.Pretty basic place but fit for purpose. Did not eat in the resturant so no opinion.

Thank you for your great feedback! The exit is definitely tricky if you are using an older GPS. We recommend Google Map or our website for directions. When heading North on Hwy 99 you will need to take Exit 28 (VIA EXIT 26) - please follow signs to 'Ladner/ River Rd'. We look forward to having you back to the hotel again soon!
