Very nice hotel and helpful staffPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The bed was comfy, staff was very helpful and location was great.
Cons: Grout in the shower was starting to crack and looked worn. Noises outside were easy to hear through the walls.
Location: Gastown, the train and seabus are close by. I loved Gorilla Foods, it's right around the corner on Richards and had amazing food.
I booked a queen and they gave me a nice king suite because my room wasn't ready. It was clean and comfortable. You can hear people in the all and noises outside, but overall, I would recommend it. It's close to the waterfront, Gastown shops and restaurants and an easy commute to the airport on the train. Gorilla Foods, right around the corner is an amazing and healthy place to grab a bite.

A Sweet HotelPosted Sep 8, 2014
Really nice, and the welcome cookie is tasty :P Stuffs are considerate, and the breakfast is not buffet.

Comfortable hotelPosted Sep 5, 2014
This hotel is a short walk from the sky train. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. Close to the sites and Gas Town. Would stay here again!

Wonderful hotel next to Vancouver Lookout placePosted Sep 4, 2014
Cons: Taking into consideration that cheapest hotels provide free breakfast, it would be a plus if you start providing free breakfast for all your clients.
Comfortable hotel which has very convenient location in the city center next to Skytrain Waterfall station and Harbor center with Lookout place where everyone can look at the city from 360 degree perspective.

A NICE HOTEL.Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The hotel is clean, reasonably priced and in a good location.
We stayed one night prior to an organised tour and found it a nice place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful and got a room ready early for us after a long flight.

Excellent staff, some maintenance/updates requiredPosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Very central, downtown. Walk almost anywhere. We did. To CHAMBAR restaurant. Really a great place.
Cons: There are 3 large doors on W. Hastings entrance, but you can only enter through one door. Likely to keep undesirables out. Main entrance in alley.
Location: See above.
Staying due to med. appt. and received very bad family news earlier in the day. I was not at my best. Greeted by very friendly and helpful desk staff, but would prefer if they hadn't asked why we were visiting. Didn't know how to answer. I find that a very personal question and would rather they allow the guest to be the one to offer info, if they feel like it. Gave us a very nice corner room on 5th floor. Immediately noticed musty and stale smoke smell. After only a few minutes, could feel it in our throats and lungs. Requested new room. Had to have housekeeping check it out first (didn't believe me?). He did and thought it was just a wood smell. Not. Carpets are older and windows open. No doubt there had been smoking in there, but likely a long time ago. Courtney came to the rescue and with no questions asked, she moved us up to 15th floor where we had a water view and 1 br suite. Courtney sensed I was having a bad day and realized the importance of making it right. I really appreciated her intuitiveness and consideration. That kind of service would be what would make me try the hotel again.

Excellent location, terrific staff and service!Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Excellent customer service, great location, appearance of room, nice views of the city.
Location: Canada Place (Cruise Terminal) is a 10 minute walk, shopping is close by (Pacific Centre), coffee shops & restaurants and Canucks/Lions are not far
This hotel was booked for a quick business trip - with my wife and daughter. We were very pleased upon opening the door to the room. Our suite had a spacious separate bedroom with a beautiful view throughout the suite. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff also brought up a crib for our child which was helpful. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly - very impressed!

Good location for summerPosted Aug 18, 2014
This was the 2nd time we gave stayed at hotel. We were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. Room was clean although there were a couple of minor stains on sheets. Nice location to walk to waterfront where there are an abundance of restaurants. Tim Hortons across street which I love. Rooms could use a bit of updating but overall clean and comfy.

Excellent location close to GastownPosted Aug 17, 2014
My wife and I had a suite which included a separate sitting room. Very roomy expecially after being in a cabin on a cruise ship for a week. We had an excellent breakfast in their dining room. Being only a block and a half from Gastown and the waterfront was a major attraction. The only drawback was the lobby. It was outdated, especially the chairs. However, that is minor compared to the plusses of the hotel.
