Nice hotel, but not all rooms are Suites

Pros: I liked the outstanding quality and presentation of the food in the restaurant, the clean, quiet rooms, and the free wifi.
Cons: Improvements would include closing the parking garage later than 10 p.m. and making all rooms suites.
We spent 5 days in the hotel. The hotel has clean, quiet rooms, wonderful food and friendly service in their restaurant, attentive and friendly service in club lounge, and is tastefully decorated. However, I was surprised that the Signature Club level rooms were not truly suites, given the name of the hotel. Also, the 10 p.m. closure of the parking garage seemed a bit early, and inconvenient at times. I would stay here again, but I want a real suite next time!

Pros: my suite - very comfortable
Location: Central - near Gastown and Waterfront
Extremely comfortable suite. Staff on reception couldn't be more helpful. I would stay here again as the Delta Suites are very conveniently located near the waterfront and the skytrain station.

Stayed in the deluxe queen suite and was very impressed. Extremely helpful staff. The front desk clerk offered great suggestions for sightseeing.

This is a very cozy and cleean hotel and meantime resonably suitable pricewise in Down Town Vancouver .

Location: The location is fantastic. So close to Sky Train and great restaurants.
The staff were lovely and the location is fantastic. The rooms are a bit run down i.e. old wallpaper, blah bathroom, but bed was really comfy.

I only had a 1-night stay here with my wife, but enjoyed the convenience and comfort of this hotel. Location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of what downtown Vancouver has to offer. We were upgraded to a deluxe King suite being Expedia VIP access members, which was a nice bonus! The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable and we enjoyed some nice views being higher up. One downside was the parking, which was expensive and located in an odd adjacent parking lot. A small nitpick to be honest, but do be aware of the parking charges ahead of time.

Pros: Our suite was very comfortable and we could look out at the water.We appreciated the Valet service.
Cons: Going down the alley to get to it.
Location: Centrally located and could walk to most places we wanted to go to.
We had a fabulous stay. The hotel was centrally located - we could walk everywhere. The staff was very pleasant and most accommodating in every regard.
