Chose the hotel for the downtown location as we had never even to Vancouver before. Great choice. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious room and über easy to walk to everything.
Nice clean city. Try the Blue Water Cafe for arguably the best enfold in town. Also the Coast restaurant was very good - try both if you can.

We stayed at Opus for the first time on September 17th. We arrived at 9am due to an early flight. The minute we pulled in front of the hotel the bellman was right there to greet us, and unload the car. We didn't expect our room to be ready, but it was, and we had been upgraded to a suite! The front desk staff were incredible, and welcomed us with a complimentary drink. The suite was beautiful, They had thought of every detail. A fully stocked mini bar, heated floors in the bathroom, iPads for use in the room, and bicycles to tour the city. When we checked out the bellman was loading our car. We had a small cooler, and he asked if he could get us ice for the cooler. We had never received that level of service at a hotel. We look forward to a future stay at Opus.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly. It was my first trip to Vancouver so they were awesome with gtiving directions, offering advise and retrieving my car multipul times. The resturant at the hotel was a nice surprise. The food was out of this world and the staff couldnt be more helpful and they knew the menu very well.
