A good hotelPosted May 28, 2015
Overall very big room with a great view, and very comfortable. However, the bathtub water takes very long to adjust to a comfortable temperature for shower

Nice hotel in the center of everything.Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Liked the location.
Cons: The hotel room could use a little updating.
Location: We were able to catch the Hop on/Hop off tour bus right across the street, very nice! Hotel is just a few blocks from the waterfront, easy to get too
Large room on the 19th floor. We had a corner room which was great, it had 2 windows on each side of the room., one window faced the mountains and water, the other the city. We took the Hop on/hop off bus tour which we were able to catch right across the street. We took a walk down by the water which was just a few blocks away.

Hotel dated but good locationPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: Location on Robson Street
Location: Robson Street has tons of restaurants.
The hotel, rooms and furnishing are a bit dated but it is on a good street which has lots of restaurants. About 6 blocks down a hill to the waterfront and the Vancouver Convention Center -- easy walking distance.

Location was great, the rest is acceptable but not great. I would expect more for the money paid.

Garbage. Not worth the price!Posted May 22, 2015
Air conditioner didn't work. TV didn't work. Sheets were far from soft, crunchy is a better way to describe them. Walls looked moldy and gross. I was woken up at 7:15 by hotel staff knocking on my door and then calling, they were worried there was a leak in my room...there wasn't. Confirmed at front desk upon checking out that there were notes regarding this and didn't even receive an apology. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had!

Pros: View, View, View
Cons: Some plumbing updates needed.
Location: Close to shopping, water and major tourist attractions. I could walk to shops within a 4 block radius.
Great Location and Great People Hotel located nearby to most of the popular attractions and 'must see' places. Many ethnic restaurants nearby - great variety. Wonderful views of the water. We asked for a room higher up and we were moved 20 floors above. Fantastic views. Shopping of every kind short walk away. Great place.

A choice if left without a choice at allPosted May 21, 2015
Pros: Close to restaurant
Cons: change the bed, too hard to sleep on. pillows were all flat needs to be discarded. Staff should be more warm when welcoming guests.
Location: There are lots of restaurants nearby and government offices are walking distance.
We checked in at 11 p.m. front desk staff seems unfriendly. no greetings at all. The room was small, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The air condition inside the room was too noisy you could hardly sleep. The bathroom was small and looks dilapidated.
