The hotel was clean but the room was very small with really old bedding that complimented the really old furniture. Every tv channel was fuzzy as though they were getting their signal from a neighbouring satellite. We could only use one device at a time because the internet was so slow. However, the staff was pleasant and parking was free.

Very disappointed. We were put in Tower 3 in a penthouse. I had 2 King rooms booked and being upgraded to a penthouse you would think would be a real bonus. This was not the case. These penthouse's have been well used and abused. Our rooms were right across from the elevator's and since our penthouse's were 2 story and the bedroom's were upstairs. The ventilation in the bedroom's seem to go right into the elevator shaft. You could hear both elevators going up and down all night from the elevator motor's. No shower curtain on the bathtub which seemed kind of weird. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out them. The vertical blinds wouldn't work. The outside deck was very dirty and you couldn't open the door because the blinds wouldn't open anyway. My daughter in law left her prescription sunglasses and her reading glasses in her room by mistake and when she called back they said they were never turned in by the house keeper. These glasses were very expensive and they are no good to anyone because they were prescription. This is very disappointing since the house keeper's have access to your room at any time. To make things right they should at least offer to pay for her glasses since one of their employee's decided to keep her glasses. The shuttle people were excellent that picked us up at the airport and took us back promptly. The front desk staff were also fine when we checked in and out.

Pros: Clean, comfy, and and Irish pub to grab a quick bite after a long day of travel, everything I could ask for in a hotel.
Cons: Had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle service from the airport, perhaps run more frequently or stick to the schedule.
Location: Was to tired to check this out, I was actually glad everything I needed was in the hotel and I didn't need to go anywhere.
Was a pleasant surprise to receive a room upgrade at check in. I highly recommend checking out the tower :)

Pros: Good parking.
Cons: Better television reception, better mattresses and pillows.
Location: Popular restaurant was closed on Monday's so we never got to experience it. Starbucks was close by.
Only a few channels were watchable. Very bad reception. Bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows.

Cons: A Good coffee shop . Shuttle to Sky-train for quests ( seniors )
Location: Some shopping , but a brisk long walk for seniors .
Two written requests , & one verbal , summited to front desk for extra pillows was not Honoured . No facecloths in bathroom , 2 days out of six . Staff constantly shut off the climate control to a room with no windows that open . ( Hot Box ) Airport Shuttle was good , and on time . Generally Clean

Pros: close to restaurants and skytrain. a lot of parking available by need to pay. hotel bell man are friendly.
Cons: air condition vent need regular cleaning. a lot of dust and garbage inside the unit (able to see them thought the vent).
Location: a lot of restaurants close by. traffic are not busy. not much noise at night time for the street.
good service. staffs are friendly. but room carpet is old, air condition vent need major cleaning. Bed are nice and comfortable.

Pros: relatively close to the skytrain station
Cons: Staff need retraining to serve their customer better. Better cleaning and fix the toilet. Fix the tv and wifi

Hotel front desk staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Does not ask if the hotel guest need any further assistance. Seem just want to check the guest in and send them away right away. Does not provide any information about the hotel facilities until I asked. No info on transit or airport shuttle provided. Room is not clean. Part of the carpet are sticky when walk on. Bathroom smelt like urine when first open the door. Toilet need flush twice to clear. Bath tub side handle bar can see rush stain on the wall. Bath tub does not drain well and end up with paddle of water remain on it after shower.The heating element on the water kettle provide are coating with a layer of burnt out stuff so not sure if safe to use or not. Also TV is unwatchable, very poor receptions, most of the channels you got picture full of statics. Wifi is extremely slow and barely usable. Can hear cleaning staff start cleaning room 8/9 am in the morning even though check out is 11am Only pros is that its relatively close to the Canada line Skytrain but still a long 15 min walk under the sun. Unfortunately staff does not advise there are bus stop in front of hotel to get to the train station..
