Posted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: The customer service and large shower
Cons: Flickering lights in the bathroom
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants, and the Convention Centre was an easy walk
Went down to Vancouver for the Fan Expo and was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The hotel was very well kept and had a great atmosphere!

Central to downtown Vancouver

Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Walking proximity to all downtown attractions
Cons: Valet parking is $30. a night. Dislike the cost, but convenient.
Location: Shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, theaters,
Hotel location perfect for exploring downtown Vancouver. Enjoyed walking to Pacific Centre, Olympic Flame site, Robson Street shops, new restaurants in area plus Queen Elizabeth theater. Also drove to Grandville Island (5 min) and enjoyed touring the market, and ship yards. Stanley Park was wonderful. On a sunny spring day Vancouver is the place to be!

Boutique hotel centrally located

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Service at Front Desk, valet parking is outstanding
Cons: I have found the heating / air conditioning quite noisy and hard to set so sometimes it is warmer or cooler than ideal.
We have stayed there several times and would recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver for business or pleasure.

Location: Coal Harbour seawall, Vancouver Convention Center, Gastown, Robson St shops, Yaletown and False Creek seawall.
Friendly staff, quick check in/out. Quiet rooms not a lot of street noise in my room. HVAC system is a little noisy.

Lovely little hotel!

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Clean, bedding was obviously of quality, nice shower and bathroom fixtures.
Cons: The lighting in the washroom was this garish fluorescent lighting that buzzed when it was on. That is literally the only thing I didn't like.
Location: Central to downtown Vancouver and near the skytrain. The exact location I needed.
Super fast check in and my room was available earlier than check-in time which was really great. It was a lovely hotel room, clean and well taken care of.
