Boutique Hotel in the heart of Downtown

Love the quaint feeling of this Hotel and the service is outstanding. We arrived on Home Opener night for the Vancouver Canucks curious about getting g tickets for the Sold out game. The Concierge staff were searching online in minutes and found us great seats, reasonably priced and even called us at the game to make sure we didn't have any problems with the seat selection! We had a great getaway and will be back next time we stay in Vancouver.

Nice, quite, upscale hotel. Prefect location where it's far enough off the beaten path that u don't have to deal with the younger "party" crowd, yet close enough to walk to jus about everything.

Pros: Very friendly staff personal, clean hotel and close to many activities to do in the city.
Cons: We would not change anything!
Location: Going to many restaurants, Stanley Park, some museums.
The staff people were extremely helpful with telling us places to go visit and the best way to get there. They also told us about renting bicycles for the day right from the hotel and about Stanley Park. and the subway system was pretty easy to follow and they were clean. We enjoyed taking the ferry to Victoria and back as well. We had a terrific stay in Vancouver BC.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are a little expensive. Awkward for the pick up of people.

Pros: That it wasn't too big and everything ran very smoothly from arrival to departure.
The room was lovely. The bed was fantastic. The staff was terrific. Great stay before we left on our cruise to Hawaii!

A real gem in the city.

Pros: Everything
Location: Superb central location with easy access to shopping, Canada Place and the Waterfront. Recommend Grouse Mountain, Flyover Canada and Capilano Bridge.
Fabulous hotel, great location, friendly staff, would stay here again on our next visit. We had a corner suite on one of the higher floors and once inside you didn't hear any noise from other suites or outside. There are plenty of options nearby for breakfast and coffee in addition to a selection of restaurants. If you flying in to Vancouver its very easy to hop on the sky train at the airport. Get on the Canada Line train to Waterfront Station then change to the expo line and get off at Burrard Station, the hotel is just across the street.

Pros: we liked everything about this hotel and there is also a restaurant attached on ground floor.
Cons: we dont think there is anything to improve on
Location: you can walk to gastown, the marina and lots more to do and see within easy reach.
the hotel has polite friendly staff. the room we stayed in for 2 nights had a sitting area with tv and a tv in bedroom and big bathroom and also a great coffee maker. we walked from cruise port to hotel with cases in 12 minutes. the hotel is pretty well located and not far from trains, buses, shops and gastown and if you are able to walk then you are well located to go anywhere.we would definitely use this hotel again.

VERY CENTRAL

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Central location. Not too big but restaurant and bar attached. Friendly staff.
Cons: Air conditioning units need servicing.
Location: Visit Fly Canada by the cruise ship terminal - fantastic simulated attraction. Eat at Brix (amazing courtyard). Drinks at Reflections in the Georgia.
This quaint boutique hotel has very well appointed rooms - make sure you get a suite though. I loved the d├ęcor which is very rich reds and golds. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was that the air conditioning was really noisy.
