One Night Only

Pros: That it wasn't too big and everything ran very smoothly from arrival to departure.
The room was lovely. The bed was fantastic. The staff was terrific. Great stay before we left on our cruise to Hawaii!

A real gem in the city.

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Everything
Location: Superb central location with easy access to shopping, Canada Place and the Waterfront. Recommend Grouse Mountain, Flyover Canada and Capilano Bridge.
Fabulous hotel, great location, friendly staff, would stay here again on our next visit. We had a corner suite on one of the higher floors and once inside you didn't hear any noise from other suites or outside. There are plenty of options nearby for breakfast and coffee in addition to a selection of restaurants. If you flying in to Vancouver its very easy to hop on the sky train at the airport. Get on the Canada Line train to Waterfront Station then change to the expo line and get off at Burrard Station, the hotel is just across the street.

good hotel close to port, trains shops bars etc

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Pros: we liked everything about this hotel and there is also a restaurant attached on ground floor.
Cons: we dont think there is anything to improve on
Location: you can walk to gastown, the marina and lots more to do and see within easy reach.
the hotel has polite friendly staff. the room we stayed in for 2 nights had a sitting area with tv and a tv in bedroom and big bathroom and also a great coffee maker. we walked from cruise port to hotel with cases in 12 minutes. the hotel is pretty well located and not far from trains, buses, shops and gastown and if you are able to walk then you are well located to go anywhere.we would definitely use this hotel again.

VERY CENTRAL

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Central location. Not too big but restaurant and bar attached. Friendly staff.
Cons: Air conditioning units need servicing.
Location: Visit Fly Canada by the cruise ship terminal - fantastic simulated attraction. Eat at Brix (amazing courtyard). Drinks at Reflections in the Georgia.
This quaint boutique hotel has very well appointed rooms - make sure you get a suite though. I loved the d├ęcor which is very rich reds and golds. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was that the air conditioning was really noisy.

Strange stay

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: Staff interactions need to be friendlier. Only 1 set of bathrobe & slippers for three adults. The stairs lock you out of the rest of the hotel.
Location: Vancouver nightlife.
Don't take the stairs; you get locked out of the hotel and have to walk around downtown Vancouver with no shoes carrying an ice bucket. Desk staff were good, the rest of the Hotel Staff were curt to the point of rudeness. Something happened in room 712; Mr. Turner took care of it; don't ask.

Nice hotel centrally located

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Beautiful boutique suite hotel. Decorated with an European accent. West Coast Sightseeing provided door to door pick up/drop off.
Location: Easy walking distance to water front (3 blocks from Canada Place), two block from public transportation (Granville central station),
This delightful hotel was centrally located close to public transportation and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Twin size bed is really tiny.

Posted Sep 8, 2014
We had 3 people total and got 2 twin beds. On the picture it shows lik full SD I've but it's really very tiny and no way you can have 2 people on that one bed. My son is 3 y.o. But the door bell man was very nice and helpful, so his nice attitude made up for that.
