The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The parking lot is in the same building which is convinient. The room is relative smaller but cozy. However, the air con is kinda loud. There is bike rental shop only 2 blocks away. Cycling is one of great choice to visiting the city.

“Enjoyed stay”

Great for both business and pleasure, 3 blocks from Granville Island ferry, neighborhood more residential in tone but within walking distance of downtown hub-bub. During my summer stay I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, rooftop observatory and indoor fitness room. Rooms a bit small, but well appointed and suited my purpose. Construction going on nearby, so ask for a room away from the noise. Was disapointed with "wine bar," which I understand is in process of development. Would stay here again. Good value.

“Excellent Value”

Within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and bars of Granville and Robson. Easy walk across the Granville Bridge. Half a block to the bus stop if you are travelling anywhere else. Room was clean and nicely furnished although a little on the small side. Front desk staff weren't too knowledgeable or overly helpful, but Albert, the concierge, is a gem! This hotel offers outstanding value for the money, and I will definitely return. The wine tasting is a real bonus, there's a nice outdoor patio to sit and relax with your wine. Only negative is no wi-fi.

“Great location”

This was a great hotel to stay in for our visit to Vancouver. It's centrally located, close to Stanley Park and downtown, and it's only a couple of blocks from the ferries to Granville Island. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the cot that we needed fit easily into the room space. We loved ending our days with a visit to the 9th floor hot tub overlooking the city lights ...would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived, we were informed that we had received a complimentary upgrade and we ended up with a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. It was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable beds, whirlpool tub and very clean. We were within walking distance of Robson Street and Gastown. The wine reception in the afternoon was very nice. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
