Five Star HotelPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Everything... from staff, cleaniness and facilities
Cons: Maybe the elevator. It's kinda slow especially during busy time for check out
Location: this hotel is located at the end of Robson St so it is easy to locate, very close where the shopping and good foods are and close to buses and train.

Great hotel, Fantastic Location & Free Shuttle BusPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, politeness of all staff and the late checkout that was available.
Cons: A better cooked breakfast range and the porridge should be made with milk and not water.
Location: Jappadog is a 7 minute stroll up Robson Street, the stadium is directly opposite the hotel and the Canada Tower is 15 minute walk away
All staff were very helpful, the breakfast choices were above average and the hospitality staff were very kind. The rooms were very clean, the gym and other leisure facilities were very clean and good.

Excellent experiencePosted Jun 29, 2014
Cons: Larger swimming pool.
Location: Most things are within easy reach.
It would be hard to fault this hotel. We stayed seven nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very clean and comfortable and well placed to do most of the things that people would want to do in Vancouver. Staff couldn`t have been more helpful. We found the courtesy bikes very useful and made use of the courtesy mini-bus to get to the cruise terminal at the end of our stay. A better hotel at the price and in this location would be hard to find. Be aware that the swimming pool is really only a plunge pool.....but the gym is excellent. Have a nice stay, Pat & Sandy McKay, Ilkley, UK

Good hotel close to downtown VancouverPosted May 15, 2014
Pros: Location, size of rooms. Free shuttle bus, except to the airport.
Cons: The air-conditioner/heater was so noisy we could not use it at night. The breakfast was OK, but real eggs would have been preferred to powdered eggs.
Location: Great location, within easy walking distance of Vancouver city center and major stores.
We had a suite at this hotel for 5 days and it was a nice experience. The staff are helpful, the rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Clean, comfy hotel- our room had two full floor to ceiling windows for walls, which was great (even if the view wasn't spectacular). would definitely reccomend!
