GREAT LOCATION FOR ARENAPosted Dec 16, 2013
Pros: close to Rogers arena,BC place and Robson street restaurants. Clean and modern, white sheets and comforters without the nasty bed spreads.
Cons: include parking for guests
Location: we went to Hockey game. BC place (football) is right there too. great restaurants in area. didn't go any further than that. One night stay only.
We were in for a hockey game, short walk to arena. Clean hotel, but very slow elevators. extra cost to park at hotel.

Helpful Reception StaffPosted Oct 10, 2013
Pros: microwave in room as needed a gluten free meal and found supermarket close by with frozen meals which we could heat in our room
Location: Opposite the Stadium, Walking distance to shops and dining options and supermarket a few blocks away
Checked in after long flight with child vomiting the whole way and then her suitcase missing on arrival. Explained our dilemma of no change of clothes as missing suitcase (only had a change of t shirt and underwear) and concern of finding shops open on Sunday afternoon at 4.30-5pm and the lovely lady at reception was very sympathetic and suggested a shop called Winners and also Pacific Mall. Walked to Winners - 5 blocks - and found it to be a discount store for designer clothes. Daughter very happy as we can never afford designer labels! Reception also notified that a bag may arrive (never did) and were very helpful and said that if it did they would email me and hold it until we returned from our cruise. Also appreciated the free shuttle to the cruise the next day.

Convenient for shoppingPosted Oct 3, 2013
Cons: The breakfast room could be bigger had a tendency to become crowded at certain times.
Spent a very nice week in this hotel on Robson Street....Very convenient location for all the shops in downtown Vancouver, close to all the Skytrain stations and near enough to walk(30 mins) to Stanley Park. If you enjoy waking you can walk to the Waterfront and round the seawall where you can catch an Aquabus over to Granville Island. Also convenient for Yaletown and Gastown areas.

Desk personnel fair. Shuttle service very good. Noisy motor sound at night. Surrounding area under construction impeding views. Breakfasts generally good. Breakfast personnel pleasant and helpful. Beds comfortable.

Pros: Near to the Harbour and center of Vancouver.
Location: Other Hôtels and restaurant.
Bad experience concerning the hours of night. Alarm fire at 6 o'clock in the morning of sunday august 11 and it is impossible to going in the room before the fireman are inspected the Hotel. All the tourists of the Hotel stayed in the Lobby without our personnal effects and suitcase. We have had only 5 hours of sleep. The restaurant of the Hotel was closed for renovation and rebuilt.
