“Great staff, great bed!”

The Hampton Vancouver Airport had a clean, updated look (well, not everything: the toilet and heater-unit were still pretty old-school). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was much better than most chain hotels at this price, and our particular cook/buffet-restocker was working overtime -- it was busy with businesspeople -- but was pleasant and fun-loving nevertheless. The hotel is a short stroll from the River Rock Casino and less than 10 minutes from YVR by the hotel's shuttle. Love that they have pretty good coffee and tea (Tazo! six kinds!) round-the-clock. Also love the beds in every Hampton Inn; soft sheets and mattress just the right firmness. Slept like a baby. We would stay there again any time.

Hotel is very pretty. I was especially impressed with the room. The bedding and decor is beautiful. The buffet breakfast is generous. The room was also very quiet. Barely heard any noise, and had a great night's sleep. Thank you! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay near the Vancouver airport.

After a long day we thoroughly appreciated the sincere warm welcome that we received at this hotel. It was like returning home after a hard days work.

Good location, easy to get to/from the airport and to Richmond/Vancouver. Breakfast area got a bit crowded but there's other seating in the lobby. Can't beat the free parking and wi-fi.

We stayed here for two nights over a weekend. The hotel is not new, but you wouldn't know it. Very helpful staff, especially the nice lady who prepared the complimentary breakfast. Good location. Safe area. Will stay here again.

I emailed several times via their website prior to our stay with questions and never got a response. However, phone calls and were responded to with great customer service. Welcoming staff when we arrived and very nice hot breakfast.

Friendly & convenient, also close to Costco & Enterprise (car rental company) --- with just 5 minutes walk Staff is very nice, we woke up later and arrived dinning room after 10:30 am, but the lady still took out the food from refrig
