“Sincere ,warm welcome.”

“Easy access”

Good location, easy to get to/from the airport and to Richmond/Vancouver. Breakfast area got a bit crowded but there's other seating in the lobby. Can't beat the free parking and wi-fi.

gave early check-in. Very good,early breakfast - they also give take-away breakfasts. Good parking - covered very good value via Expedia very good staff - accommodating and helpful. good business centre arranged use of fitness centre at nearby hotel as theirs under renovation Excellent all around

“Clean & comfortable”

IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT THEY ARE STILL UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS, THE HOTEL WAS WELL KEPT. STAFF WERE HELPFUL, AND GAVE US A ROOM AWAY FROM THE NOISE. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST HAD LOTS OF CHOICE, AND THE DINING ROOM WAS ADEQUATE. PARKING WAS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE MAIN DOOOR - VERY CONVENIENT. ALTOGETHER GOOD VALUE FOR WHAT WE PAID.

“Nice Vancouver Stay”

The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. In fact, whoever is training just about any customer service rep in the Vancouver area should be preceded with rainbows and unicorns and theme music. Superb. Convenient to Vancouver International, it's just down the road. Would stay there again.

“fine for a night before the flight out”

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. they provided a couple of bottles of bottled water at check in and the shuttle to the airport was nice. It's not in a nice area and there were minimal places to walk to for dinner. But it was fine the last night of our trip, and close to the airport.
