Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

Sorry to say, the pool & hot tub were dirty and very disappointing, and the sleeping cot was very poor quality.

Pros: This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated. Good flat screen tv and excellent service overall. WONDERFUL STAFF. Great location - one block from mall / movie theatre. Cons: They charge for local calls and room service/meals are expensive. Crappy coffee in room and in restaurant. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from in area.

I was expecting wine glasses to be in the room. None in bathroom either. Toilet ran and ran finally figured out how to fix it. Was not impressed with look of foyer although the check in and out was good

Breakfast awesome. Everything was fine. The only thing I didnt like was the rough towels.. clean but kind of rough. They should use fabric softener. Otherwise all is fine.

excellent location, good service staffs, the only complain is air conditioning is too loud.

Booked with Expedia on short notice. Was overjoyed when we got to the room. It was impeccably clean. Nice size too. Wonderful to have complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Would like to suggest that they lower the cost of the breakfast for vegans and vegetarians. My husband surely made use of the $18 buffet breakfast, I felt the $16 for me as a vegan was too much. I realize I could have ordered A-la-carte, but taking a piece of toast, some fruit, soon the cost is more than $16. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

This was a quick overnight stay and the hotel was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and I especially liked the soaker tub!!

We had a very nice stay. Great location for going to the Metropolis Mall, also very nice food court adjacent to the hotel.

Arrived late and parking lot was locked. Despite multiple attempts to open gate by front desk, ended up having to leave car at front door. Hotel waived valet charge, but not parking charge.

Clean/upscale clean hotel with reasonable rates, friendly staff, great morning brunch and close to Metrotown.
