“Front Desk Team Superb”

Front Desk Staff (especially Lisa) are extremely attentive and felxible. Complimentary breakfast was good ; assorted yoghurts, fruit, juice hot beverages with hot choices as well. I have stayed in other Holiday Inns within the Greater Vancouver area and this one by far was the best value for the money. Great location easy access to the skytrains - will stay here from now on when in the Vancouver area

“We'll be back for sure”

This is our third time staying there. The free parking in the secure, bright and spacious parking lot makes this a breeze for parking. Having Metrotown shopping center adjoined next door makes our stay convenient and having the Skytrain right outside is fantastic. The hot breakfast is always fresh and clean. Staff are always friendly too. Can't wait to go back for another visit.

“Quality business location”

Stayed at this location for business. Decent breakfast bar, very good room, perfect location for my stay. Rock star parking garage under hotel. Decent veiw out of the room also. Definitely would stay again, and recommend. Located next to giant mall, Metropolis Metrotown.

“enjoyed my stay”

this was a nice change. Once a month we stay down town vancouver but chose to try somewhere else. It is located right next to metro town -great shopping a huge mall with lots of stores, a movie theatre only steps away, There was tons of parking in a secure area and it didn't cost anything. Most places in vancouver charge $15-$20 a day on top.of your hotel bill. Contential breakfast was included so you get your money worth here. The staff was freindly and very helpful in answering any questions. The rooms were very neat. The carpets in the hallways were clean as well. There is a little pub only steps away as well, little dingy but the staff is fun. there are a handful of restaurants close by and 2 large grocery store to purchase snacks. overall a nice surprise and I will definetly stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Felt like i was in my own bed room at home. Bed was so soft pillows were better then the ones at my own house.Really felt homey !

“Amazing Hotel close to everything you need!”

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights in this hotel with my 6 year old and my mother. We were so surprised and happy about the hot breakfast provided every morning there was always plenty of stuff and very friendly staff. Attached to Metrotown mall was also great we could shop all day and night and come back for a break whenever needed. Also having the skytrain right there was a blast we got a day pass and rode all over the place, we got to enjoy the beauty of Vancouver without the ugly traffic!!! thank-you to the wonderful staff you were GREAT and we cannot wait to come back for our annual "girls weekend"

“Pleasantly surprised”

For a mid-range hotel, I expected modest accommodations and services, but was unexpectedly surprised at the small but luxurious lobby, the newly-renovated room, and the cleanliness of the room. The free breakfast buffet was also a surprise, with hot food along with the usual breads and pastries. The staff were all lovely. I would definitely go there again.

“Great hotel for Burnaby”

Very nice place, pretty much has everything I would need. Room amenities are very sufficient -- got hairdryer, ironing and board, microwave, fridge, flat screen TV, pretty much got everything you'd expect. Location is pretty convenient, probably the best place in Burnaby. If you're touring around the Greater Vancouver area (Vancouver, Richmond, etc.) you may have to take the sky train or drive around as Burnaby is a bit out from these other cities, but generally it's still really convenient. Shopping mall right down stairs and a Chinese mall (Crystal Centre) a block away.

“Great hotel connected to metrotown”

Great hotel. Connects to metrotown mall and skytrain. Clean room, comfy beds. Nice swimming pool and fitness area. Would definitely stay there again.
