The property has posted no roughhousing no running no loud noises yet appeared. There is a young student organization maybe athletic group. The boys tend to be roughhousing noisy in the hallway down by the pool again bellyflopping pushing each other almost running into other guest, got out of the pool, and chose to put their shoes on top of bar stuff and drip all over our belongings as well. When address to management they came down just looked at the group and walked away. Also did nothing about the noise these group were causing at the hotel, otherwise, despite the rowdiness and disrespectful these young people that were soft rooms were pretty good. Just wish staff would follow the rules. They put in place so others could enjoy their vacation.

Central to family and hockey tournament in Langley. Lots of family style restaurants in area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel prepared and welcoming with our small dog traveling with us. Very strict pet policy, know before you book.

The layout of this hotel makes it easy! Our room was on the first floor, so breakfast in the morning was just a couple doors down. Speaking of breakfast - awesome! Something for everyone, and the "pancake robot" is brilliant. Fast tasty, entertaining to watch! Quick, easy access down a few steps to the pool, fitness, etc. The only part of our experience that gave me pause was the pool. We arrived and saw two bins of toys, floaties, etc. Our kids started helping themselves and enjoying. Few minutes later, a man collected them and said that he'll be using them at the deep end. My kids and I were confused. Then a group of kids arrived with a woman directing them. Turns out it was a group swim lesson taking place right there in the pool. I'm all for learning how to swim, but it's not really what I'd expect at a small hotel, and would have been a much better experience if we would have at least known what was going on, instead of simply having toys taken away from us without a clear explanation. Love the holiday inn, we'll be back!!

The employees were lovely. We have a toddler who wanted to use the pool a lot but every time we went there were randomly swimming lessons (?) so we felt like we were a bit in the way and couldn’t really utilize it: wouldn’t be back because of that.

Nice and clean service was friendly and accommodating. Only 2 negatives for improvement was the internet was super dodgey even on wifi kept kicking us off wifi. The other thing was the breakfast - the food was great but the breakfast service was until 10:00 am on weekends and at 9:40 nearly everything was gone. If you serve breakfast until 10 then everything should be available until 10 not 20 minutes before.

Clean, modern and very quiet. Room was larger than expected for a double queen. Friendly staff, easy parking and lots of close by amenities. Didn't use the pool, but enjoyed the included breakfast. Would return for sure!

Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. Pool was smaller than pictures made it look and one evening it was taken up by swimming lessons which was odd in a hotel. Otherwise, good stay

The property is nice, rooms are clean, breakfast is good but don’t take rooms close to the highway. The noise will disrupt your sleep. Some rooms are very close to highway and you will wake up from the noise. We got the room at the far end of the building and woke up many times at night.

The pool area not clean...used dirty bandages in and around the pool and hot tub, hot tub jets were not working properly. Last time we were there the pool was being used for swimming leasons so we were unable to use it. I appreciate the size of the family room but wont be coming back.

We stayed here on Dec 25 night. Unfortunately the power went out. We woke in the middle of the night freezing cold to a woman across the hallway raising her voice and swearing. The power was still out in the morning. Couldn’t shower because the bathroom was away from any windows and was pitch black. Our phones were almost dead. Hallways were dark and so was the staircase.They had a staff member with a flash light at the staircase but she was only on the lower portion which was a bit better lit. At the top of 4th floor where we were it was completely dark.I thought I’d be ok with my dying phone light but I ended up tripping and bashing my head. We didn’t get the hot breakfast that was supposed to be included with our stay. I understand that the power outage was out of their control. It unfortunately only encompassed a very small area and if we had stayed just a few blocks away we would have had a warm night and breakfast. I would be more understanding if the staff hadn’t brushed me off multiple times when I enquired if we would get a small compensation. I believe when you pay for a service but do not get what was paid for something should be done to make it right. I was told three times that a manager would contact me but no one ever did. I waited until Jan 2nd to write a review in hope that they would stick to their word. If someone had called like I was told they would it would have gone a long way to show they at least care about their guests. I will not be back.
