Nice clean hotel with free secured parking. Extremely quiet. Continental breakfast was enough to get you started for the day. Room were very nice and comfortable and reasonably priced. Bathrooms very spacious.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Airport – Richmond was great. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but the point of my trip was not to stay at the hotel all day long, but to use it as a staging point to explore the area; and in that, it succeeded. The shuttle to and from the airport was easily accessible and had a convenient schedule. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet. The location is also convenient to a rental car shop and the Vancouver sky train—unfortunately, the desk clerk gave us the wrong directions to get to the sky train. A 10-15 minute walk turned out to be almost 45 minutes and added much confusion. Overall, I found the Holiday Inn Express to be a great staging point with a lower cost compared to downtown hotels, shuttle to the airport, and convenience to public transportation. I would stay there again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I booked because of the great rate but was impressed to find a very "Chic" atmosphere. Also a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruits and hot items also.

in selecting this hotel, i went by the other reviews on expedia and i wasn't disappointed. service was excellent, staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast even had hot eggs. would stay here again if i was in the area.

“Great Value!”

This hotel was great. We stayed there just one night before departing for a cruise to Alaska. They have a free shuttle that picks you up from the airport and takes you to the hotel. The customer service is outstanding! They even offer a shuttle for $13 to the port to get on the cruise -- much cheaper than the $35 the cruise ship wanted to charge...plus you get to see Vancouver on the way to the port. There is not much surrounding the hotel...so if you are looking for stuff to do...this is not the hotel for you. But if you just need a quick, comfortable, clean place to stay...this is the place. They even brought us a toothbrush and a razor when we called the front desk at no charge. They also have a hot complimentary breakfast.

The selling point for this hotel was the free airport shuttle. We just needed a room for one night for an overnight layover. We were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast started early enough that we were able to enjoy it before heading back to the airport in the morning. I was traveling alone with my 3 children and the shuttle made the stay very convenient. We would stay here again.
