Questionable 4 star plus rating hotel

Pros: Location free parking
Cons: Breakfast equipments and area inadequate to cope with guess volume No lounging area in hotel Gym size and equipment
Location: Close to and convenient for eateries, shopping and links with transport No tourist attractions nearby.
Stayed 7 nights found self service breakfast constantly running out of basic items like milk tea and hot water seating also very limited so had to wait for a place most mornings I also found the in house gym very claustrophobic when there is more then one guess in use as the room is rather small with only one cross trainer one exercise bike one weight machine. The only lounging area I found was in the breakfast area was occupied for a staff meeting one morning during my stay.

Pros: It was close to the sky train and a mall
Cons: It would be great
Location: The skytrain will take you anywhere
We had to keep asking to have more towels.We had 4 in our room. There was a trouble smell of drugs in our room at 10 pm at night it happen two nights in a row ice machine didn't work.

Yes, our location to the Skytrain station is a great benefit to our guests; it will transport you to downtown Vancouver in only minutes. I am sorry there were not enough towels for your room. We will look at how we can communicate better with the housekeeping staff to let them know when extra towels are needed. Thank you for this feedback, it is valuable feedback like this that helps us to learn so we can serve our guests better. In regards to the guest who was smoking at 10pm, we take our non smoking policy very seriously and we address any breach of this policy as immediately as we can to avoid it disturbing other guests. an unforgetable experience

The hotel is under renovation. The power went off around 11:50pm. It was hot, The following day fire alarm broke and Burnaby Fire Dept. Showed up.

Nice, but under renovation

It was my 4th stay at this hotel and it is still under renovation. Issues with the elevator, breakfast was served at a meeting room with not enough food for the guests. The fire alarm went on 2 consecutive mornings with no explanation what so ever. Location is perfect, staff is great... just finish renovating please...

Stay away

This hotel was most expensive in our week long vacation. Front desk is set up on 2 tables. Rooms are very small with 2 queen beds on 4th floor. You face apartment buildings. Breakfast is cold. Serving staff is terrible, they won't refill anything on breakfast table.

Newly renovated rooms, however renovations to the entire hotel not yet complete. Rooms are small in size but clean.

Very accessible and near transportation.

Pros: Aside from the rooms being clean and the staff being friendly, having a great breakfast to start the day is a plus.
Cons: A bigger swimming pool.
Location: Metrotown mall is beside it, so we did our shopping there. We walked to Central park. We bought a day pass and took the Skytrain and Seabus.
We enjoy staying in this hotel every time we visit the Lower mainland. We find that it is very convenient for shopping since it's located beside the mall. It is also several steps away from the skytrain and bus depot making it very easy to get around the city. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. The only setback this time was the renovation being done in the lobby which we didn't mind since we know that it will be greatly improved during our next visit.

Nice hotel close to Skytrain and shopping mall.

Pros: Good service! Good location!
Cons: In my opinion, the air conditioner is a bit loud. If it could be replaced by a quiet one, it would be excellent!

Good hotel! Good location! and friendly staff! The room is a little bit compact but it's ok with us as we only needed it for resting at nights. In my opinion, our rest would be perfect if the air conditioner is replaced by a more quiet one.

Centrally located hotel

Pros: great walking accessibility to Sky-train & Bus Station. Centrally located. Just next to METROPOLIS MALL making good option for fooding & shopping.
Cons: Some renovation work in progress creating some clutter & noise. Breakfast menu needs improvement to cater to multicultural guests
Location: neighborhood good for shopping & food lovers
Memorable moments @ Vancouver great location of 4he hotel. My wife & both my boys really enjoyed the stay........indeed very good option
