Room was nice, clean. Liked the kitchenette. Only improvement I'd suggest is upgrading the entertainment options for the TV to include streaming services to log into.

The staff here are a true representation of hospitality its like home away from home ......it doesnt matter where you live .....its better when you leave from here and ive been to every hotel in the city only thing missing is the comp breky but thats ok .....and a spa part that i wNt to help them find if they tell me what it is 5 stars for this amazing team all day

It is a nice property but it is in the middle of nowhere. There are no convenient places to shop or eat. However, for business, this is a great place and highways are rwadily accessible.

Perfect place
Perfect location and with all the Comfort Medley restaurant closed early before posted closing time so we dined at the pub next door. Love this hotel our 4 th time and plan to stay in future. Parking is convenient for entry from deo t or back. Love the laundry facilities. Maid svc was top notch. Location. Is perfect for both bridge access.always book 1 bedroom suite.

We received only a 10% off coupon for food, while the Hotels.com site stated breakfast was included with our reservation. Very misleading as this was part of the reason we were willing to pay the cost per night (compensating breakfast). Room was definitely not well cleaned as upon entering we found an arm brace and eye mask on the ground at the end of 1 bed. The hot tub was also closed down and unable to be utilized during our stay.

Property was clean and easy access from highway and having a restaurant next to hotel is bonus...did not like that we werent guaranteed a adjoining rooms because we had disabled adults with our trip, but made concessions for us at the end. Not sure why hotels need to have toilets 10 inches of floor, wasnt helpful for people who have disabilities. Also parking was fine but need charging area for electric and hybrid vehicles. Overall was fairly quiet even tho we were very close to highway and stay was comfortable and convenient

This always where we stay when in Vancouver (4th). We love location and have access to 2 bridges. Parking is so convenient can access entrance from back or front. We love the maid service, front desk, and laundry facilities. Very well organized
