“A fair deal”

This was a fair deal. As soon as I've approached the hotel I decided to extend my stay with this hotel. The Expedia price was quite attractive including breakfast ,comparing to direct show in the hotel

“A Nice Surprise”

I found this hotel listed in a Frommer's guidebook- Vancouver Hotels A toZ. It wasn't our first choice, but since we did not make reservations ahead of time and there happened to be an Iron Maiden concert the dates we were there, we took what we could get. The room was very clean. There was a loft area with a tv, couches, and a hot chocolate & cappuccino machine. The staff were friendly. Anywhere in downtown Vancouver was within walkable distance. It was also reasonably priced. Make sure to reserve parking ahead of time. All in all a pleasant surprise!

“great place and really great location”

We picked this because it was near the train station. It ended up being just a few minutes away by taxi. It was very nicely done inside and out. You can tell it has been recently renovated. It is very clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to walk to in Vancouver, The people at the desk were very nice. The restaurant connected with the hotel was nice as well. The price was great . The only two things that were bad was a slight odor in the hallway. Kind of stale smelling. And we had a problem with the water twice. Once it would not get hot for a shower, then the next morning, the water was nothing but hot.

Small clean room. Hotel is right on Granville Street and a short walk to the nightclubs.

The room was clean and comfortable and everything went just right.

great location (just a few blocks from all the bars in granville). parking right next to hotel (not covered fyi) for $14-15; not bad compared to other hotels in the area. room was clean and service was effective. will stay there again!

“A Tastefully Decorated Downtown Hotel”

I recently stayed at the HoJo in Downtown Vancouver for five nights. I loved the ambience of the small hotel and really enjoyed the warm and tastefully decorated lobby and hallways, as well as the room itself. Everything was very clean and the room had everything I needed. This hotel IS on Granville so there was a bit of street noise when the bars got out - but that and the crowds on the streets added to the excitement of being right downtown. I'll be back next year!

“very nice hotel, wonderful location”

We spend two nights at that hotel with our two young daughters. This hotel is located right at downtown Vancouver, minutes walk from many of the city's great sites. The staff members were extremely nice and welcoming, had answers to all of our questions. Note that this hotel charges you $12/day for parking, but you would probably have paid that anyway. Overall, we got much more than we paid for, and so we warmly recommend this hotel!

“Great value for money right in the centre of Vancouver downtown”

Nice clean and comfortable hotel, great price for what you get. The location is superb, right on the Granville street. I don't think you can find better for the price in Vancouver. Definitely recommend and I'll be back!
