Fantastic hotel, staff couldnt have done more to help when faced with questions. Fantastic downtown location with amazing facilities in house too! Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean! Brillaint stay!

The location is great, very close to good reataurants nearby and cafes, also good to have two train stations nearby, we ended up not renting a car but take public transit and Uber taxis

Room was very nice. Gym was clean and well maintained. Service was limited. No turn down service, no ice machines except on the 4th floor (guessing they want to sell $6.50 water bottles), no visible security (anyone can get to any floor without a room key).

The location of this hotel is very convenient being downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions walking distance from the hotel. It’s not the quietest place, but I don’t mind some ambience noises. The only thing I wished was better is the rooms. They were very clean, but it needed to be a bit more upscale. You know, make it feel like you are pampering yourself.

Great hotel, clean, safe, very efficient elevator service. Only downside is the price of the valet. $71 for 1 night. That's highway robbery.
