Well placed. Staff helpful and attentive.Posted Sep 28, 2014
Pros: Everything - nothing to quibble about apart from a somewhat noisy air-con unit in our room
Cons: See above - but trivial as could be switched off at night!
Location: See above
Three day 'stop-over' on completion of a holiday based on Vancouver Island. Ideal situation in Downtown Vancouver - allowing easy walking to main areas of interest City is an excellent tourist destination - allowance needs to be made for its situation which guarantees high annual rainfall Cultural facilities in city are excellent

LuxuriousPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Comfort - bed was beautiful, soft sheets, pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.
Cons: Opposite was a building site, but noise did not really impact, though if I had been staying in it might have been a problem.
Location: Close to shopping and transport.
I only stayed for one night and I wished it could have been longer. I was upgraded when I arrived, which I did not expect, and the room was wonderful, with facilities such as a washer and dryer and cooking, which I would have used if I had been staying longer. Check out was noon, which was great, and I was able to use their facilities later in the day as I waited to go to the airport.

Two-day Stay Apre-CruisePosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable room; clean, quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in central section of the city.
Location: Centrally located in heart of Vancouver, about a block from Robson Street (shopping). You need a cab/bus to get to trendy restaurants or Stanley Park.
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was great; providing helpful suggestions for sight seing and restaurants during our short stay. There is presently new construction ongoing across the street. There was no noise in the hotel nor any inconvenience to our stay. We chose the hotel through an internet search and received a great price through Expedia.
