Signature suitePosted Jan 26, 2015
Stayed for a week in the signature suite with two young children. The room was compact but comfortable with a nice kitchen and laundry. Convenient, central location. Great staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in great location!Posted Jan 25, 2015
We stayed in January 2015 and loved it. The staff and hotel facilities were excellent. There were major constructions going on across the road. We didn't hear much but the pathways and road were a little blocked. Didnt impact on our stay but worthy noting if you are travelling soon. I think that is the case in a number of hotels in Vancouver. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay even with the construction near by.Posted Jan 20, 2015
The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and over all pleasant. The signature suite with full kitchen and stack washer and dryer were put to good use. There was one exception to the experience but had nothing to do with the actual hotel; there is construction of a high rise across the street so there is everything that goes along with building a high rise in close proximity. I stayed mid January 2015 and the construction looked like it was about halfway done so perhaps when you stay it will be completely done. Great location and amenities. Definitely will stay again.

Last minute bookingPosted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: Welcoming service. Clean, well-appointed rooms with coffee and tea. Location convenient to train station.
Cons: When the construction across the street is complete, I can't think of any other detriments. Noise was noticeable but not too bad.
I needed a venue to meet with a remote employee for a day and wanted some comfort and convenient access without a huge budget. I found this hotel through Expedia and booked a small suite. Arriving after dark, I didn't realize until the next morning that I had a large balcony in addition to my good-sized suite.

Great retreat downtownPosted Jan 15, 2015
Cons: There's some pretty major construction going on across the street which woke us up in the morning, which looks like it'll be continuing for a while.
We stayed just for one night, mid-week for work but treated as a mini vacation and really enjoyed it. Our room was beautiful and appointed very well. The pool and jacuzzi we're very cool, and the lounge and library areas were stunning. Staff were very good and offered outstanding service.

Fantastic Service Very Clean and ComfortablePosted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: Prompt personalised service, great food. Room super clean, comfortable. Coffee maker, close to everything you need. Nine minutes to VGH (hospital).
Cons: Nothing to improve.
Location: HomeSense across the road for the ladies, liquor store behind the hotel same block for the guys. Nine minutes to VGH (hospital).
Service was fantastic from car to room. Arrived really early and after check in we were escorted to a very comfortable lounge and offered gourmet coffee and chocolate on the house....delicious combo. Very secure building, super clean, suite/room was impeccable. Staff were very kind and accommodating making sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Room service food was great, prompt, and very reasonably priced. Outside pool and hot tub were steaming and inviting. Well equipped gym.

Vancouver Hotel, central to everything.Posted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: The staff.
Cons: A choice of coffee for the Nesspresso and larger cups.
Location: Convenient to Robson Street and shopping, the theater, art gallery, central library, B.C. place and Gas Town.
One of the quietest hotels in downtown Vancouver. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Within walking distance of everything you need to see in Vancouver.
