Nice hotel, good location

Posted May 10, 2015
Pros: Staff was super friendly.
Cons: Beds could be a bit more comfortable.
Location: Robson street is 2 blocks, the waterfront is 4 blocks.
Nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Vancouver and right across the street from the 4 Seasons hotel where I have stayed hundreds of times. Rooms are very nice; appears the bathroom was recently completely redone in all travertine.

NIce hotel in heart of downtown

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Excellent service. When I had a small problem the staff went out of their way to make things right
Cons: To be picky, things like electrical cords were a little unsightly (power bar and extension cords out in the open, not nice looking).
Location: Next door to Pacific Centre mall. Close to Art Gallery. Short walk to Gastown.
The hotel was exactly what I expected for a good downtown hotel: good quality, clean, good service. Not really fancy but very good for the price.

We attended a wedding held in a nearby hotel. We left our car at home because everything we wanted or needed was in easy walking distance.

Friendly staff, nice hotel with the exception of having the elevator too slow.

Wifi is not good. It took forever to load anything and typically crashed and disconnected altogether. Would not recommend staying here while needing to work.

Nice hotel. Shame about the elevators :(

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Great friendly staff.
Location: Right in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
Nice inexpensive hotel with a great staff, but they need to overhaul both elevators pronto. One of the two elevators was out of service. What a pain waiting 15 min for for the elevator to arrive almost every time.

Fantastic hotel within the city centre

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: In the heart of the city, with a short walk to Canada Place, a little further to Stanley Park. Within easy walking distance of transport services.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom with great facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel in a great location

Posted Apr 21, 2015
We really enjoyed staying the weekend. Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice pool/fitness facilities. Hotel Parking is unreasonably expensive, I suggest parking at easypark across the street on Howe( below the pacific centre), which is only $15 per day on weekend ( as compared to $40 parking at the hotel). We hope to be back at this hotel in the future!
