Before our flight out

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: The bar and lobby. Nice people who work there.
Cons: Nothing really.
Location: It is downtown and convenient to shopping, waterfront, and lots of window shopping.
Our room was ready earlier than expected. It was cool and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. It was the kind of place that immediately allowed you to relax.

Very central hotel location in great condition.

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Good service and rooms were very clean and up todate.
Cons: The check-in was a bit slow and service at the in-hotel restaurant was very slow.
Location: Right across the street from Pacific Center for some shopping, close to Robson & Gas Town. Easy access to train/public transportation.
Excellent stay! Was so central to everything downtown and was easy to get to via skytrain -- 2 minute walk! Was an awesome experience.

Classy and very central

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff door, concierge and reception. Comfortable without fuss.
Cons: More sensible seating in foyer.
Location: Very central for most features - galleries, suburban and skytrain, shopping, and cruise ship terminal. But a mile or so to Stanley Park.
We (mature couple) spent several nights here and enjoyed the experience. The Diva cafe on site offered an excellent 'continental breakfast' at a reasonable rate. Our high level room was above the city noise - though Vancouver did not strike as especially noisy. We were able to leave a suitcase for several days and collect on our return - very helpful. Would go there again.

Posted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Location, Staff, cleanness, and service
Cons: elevators
Location: shopping, nice restaurants, walking in Downtown vancouver
Although the facility is a bit old, but the service is great, location is perfect to walk around downtown Vancouver.

Close to Cruise Ship Terminal

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Very clean and great location.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Close to cruise ship terminal, shopping, Gaslight area, recreation etc.
I was only there one night and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is close to many interesting places. Unfortunately I did not have time to fully appreciate the great location..

Perfect location

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Wanted something close to the train station, that was also central to the waterfront & other attractions. We usually stay at the Marriott, but got a good deal on the price, so decided to try this hotel. Very impressed & glad we chose this place. Location can't be beat, the hotel is clean, modern & we loved our room, so cosy. Nice touches such as a daily newspaper, keurig machine & a kettle. Safe in the room too which we used. Loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi which was great after a long day of walking around. Staff super nice & this place felt like a home away from home, minus the chores :) We would recommend this hotel for sure, & will only now stay here going forward.

Nice hotel with central location

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: The central location and the hotel staff.
Cons: The beds.
Location: The location fabulous and the hotel was situated by many sites of interest including excellent restaurants and bakeries, art galleries, and shopping.
The hotel staff was always helpful, courteous and prompt while the adjoining hotel restaurant had very good food at a comfortable price. The rooms were clean and somewhat spacious; however, the beds were not as comfortable as one would expect for a hotel classified as luxury. The central location was great for accessibility to Vancouver sites of interest; however, there was typical city event noise which made sleep somewhat elusive.

Great Hotel!

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: Well placed for the city centre and shopping.
Location: Great walking district with the art gallery and a superb mall across the street. Lots of great restaurants and street foods close by.
Good staff, very helpful. Concierge and front desk were great. A very comfortable place to stay with excellent facilities.
