“Couldn't pick a better spot in Vancouver”

North Vancouver Hotel is in a perfect location for any tourist. Minutes from attractions like the Capalano bridge, Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain and downtown. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. My only minor complaint is that the continental breakfast room is too small for the amount of people it was servicing at the time. Other than that its a 5/5 and I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Vancouver.

“Nice Hotel for the budget minded.”

This hotel was nice and an inexpensive alternative to staying downtown. It has parking and free breakfast, both great for the traveling budget. Mass transit is a block away and the commute to most all attractions is within 15 min.

“Excellent value for money”

We stayed 6 nites in a lovely room with full kitchen facilities. The rooms were serviced daily and extra towels we asked for were supplied willingly. We had a problem with the phone on day one which was fixed pretty quickly. The inclusive breakfast was excellent; a range of cooked food (eggs, bacon, sausage), cereals, choice of juices, a number of sauces/jams; plus fresh/real coffee; also you could make your own waffles; free wi-fi and parking also included. The staff were always extremely pleasant and obliging. Thank you If back in Vancouver, we will stay here again. Richard and Lesley

Although it looks more like a motel, but we were completely satisfied with its service. The room was really clean and comfortable.

“Excellent Location, Great Value, Must Stay, Strongly recommend”

At first when I saw the reviews, I was a little bit hesitant although it's really a great price. But I went to other sites and did more research and had discovered that the hotel is actually under new management and seems like the old problems were fixed. So I decided to give it a try. After all, although we are all price sensitive, but we don't want to end up with a dump. And as expected, the place was nice and clean. But most importantly, I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The manager is really easy to talk to and very accommodating. I guess that's the advantage they have being independent and locally owned. I strongly recommed to all travellers for the service and the location. Right by highway #1, exit 14 and close to lions gate bridge to Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver. I would say this is truely a hidden jewel of Vancouver

“Good location, reasonable price”

Breakfast was better than expected, location is pretty good and there are fast food places across the street. Great for a cheap, no frills place to sleep in Vancouver.

Hotel was clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Short drive to downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, Capilano Susp. bridge and Grouse Mountain. Conveniently located to restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.
