“Great Value”

“Terrible experiences in this hotel!”

We just stayed in this hotel. The experiences were terrible. They did not like to do any room clean. Even after we reminded them, the front desk was pretty rude and refused to do anything. Also, the room is ver noisy. Do not confuse with their name with 'hotel'. Actually, it is more like a low-level quality motel with rude service.

“Nice for a Motel”

Rooms clean and relatively new decor but it is still a Motel style with doors on the outside and street noise nearby. WiFi in room free and quite fast. Bar fridge for drinks/food very nice to have. Free breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and I have no complaints.

Area recommendations

Downtown, English Bay or Yaletown offer most things to do in evenings and are close to transit and attractions for daytime.

“Nice stay - Would definitely return!”

Staff were extremely pleasent and helpful - especially concerning the local bus service. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Beds were the most confortable I have ever had at a hotel!

Vancouver itself - although be aware that it is a very liberal city - much like Austin in Texas.

“Very Impressed!!!”

Excellent Hotel very kind people in front desk, gym facilities I love it beautifull and breakfast was ok I recommend this hotel I am very glad for everything thanks guys keep on!!

North Vancouver Area is a quite place you can rest and share good moments besides there are a lot of interesting tourist places there !!!

“Not impressed, would not go back”

The bed was like laying on a board, pillows very flat, carpets was very dirty, bath tub needs a new finish, my family wouldn't even take a shower due to the condition of it. The room smelled bad. On a positive note the linens were clean. If I were to go visit the area again I would not stay there

“Average experience”

The check-in guy (indian fellow) was very friendly, Near to Grouse Mountain and Capalino Suspension bridge and not too far Stanley Park/Downtown. Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool was useless (in the middle of parking lot, unbelievable!!). Too much highway noise in the room during night time.

Area recommendations

Would not recommend Capalino Suspension Bridge for $30; rather go to Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, which is free. Stanley Park - absolutely!

“Very good trip to vancouver.”

The hotel staff were very accomadative and were extremely courteous. overall our stay was comfortable. This is our second stay at this hotel. It is close enough to vancouver downtown, grouse mountains, and the capilano bridge. They had a wonderful breakfast too.
