Ideal for AirportPosted Jul 6, 2015
Cons: Complimentary breakfast
Location: Restaurant adjacent but not much else
Staff were helpful - we stopped by a couple of days before our visit and asked if we could leave a couple of bags with them in storage, which they did for no charge and without hesitation. Restaurant adjacent - Pier 73 - is very pleasant, not too pricey and in a nice setting on the Marina. But watch out for extras! We would have liked at least a light breakfast included in the room price and parking is extra as well - although there is an adjacent public roadway (a cul de sac) where you can park for free without bothering anyone, and the staff did offer this option which was good of them. Overall, we liked it here and it's very close to the Airport and easy to find.

Nice hotel, close to airportPosted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: the yard and pool areas
Location: close to airport and approximately a 10-minute cab ride into Richmond Center. Pier 57 restaurant very good.
This is a nice hotel, convenient to the airport in Vancouver but it also has a pleasant ambience. I enjoyed the backyard area as well as sitting by the pool. Pretty quiet. The staff was very helpful with instructions for getting into Richmond and Arif, who assisted with our check-in was helpful as well.

Wish I could have stayed longerPosted Jul 3, 2015
Cons: Can't think of anything at the moment.
Location: Close to the airport and took the air train into the city
I needed to stay at a Vancouver airport hotel in a pinch. I found this one on Expedia at an incredible price. Did not know much about it, but I certainly recommended it. First class

Nice hotel near the airport.Posted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Close to airport and train station.
Cons: Free or discounted breakfast.
Location: Near the airport and train station to the city. Located in a primarily Chinese/Asian culture area. Great Chinese food near by.
This is a nice hotel, but a little dated. It is being renovated, so there was some construction going on. There was also construction going on to the docks below, so the view wasn't so great, but that should change. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Food too expensive. This hotel has a free shuttle to the airport where there is also a terminal to the city train that will take you all over Vancouver. So that is cool. Transportation by taxi is expensive, so this is a great mode of travel. The staff was very helpful to help us figure stuff out.

Great staff and locationPosted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Great room, comfortable bed and nice modern bath. All staff with whom we had contact was very courteous and helpful.
Cons: An extra comfortable chair in the rooms would be good.
Location: Located near the airport where the train starts for the downtown area. Tickets can be purchased in hotel gift sop
Very nice room and bath. Staff was exceptionally helpful with routing us to different areas in Vancouver. dependable shuttle to airport.

Close to airport and Sky TrainPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Location: Close to the airport and taking the Sky Train into Vancouver.
The hotel is close to the airport and the sky train. You can purchase day passes, take the hotel shuttle to the airport and catch the sky train into the center of Vancouver. Your day pass is good for the bus line as well. We went to Stanley Park and Granville Island for $19.50 as opposed to the high price for a taxi. To get to Granville Island you do have to pay for the Aquabus but it is worth it.

Close & ClassyPosted Jun 21, 2015
Front desk staff great, rooms beautiful. Bedding & pillows superb. Restaurant next door. Really close to airport. Coffee in lobby for early departing guests (thank you!) Wish the hotel's phone number was on courtesy shuttle phone board at airport.
