Great hotel near near Vancouver Convention Centre

Posted Jul 3, 2015
We stayed here for both the hotel's location and price. Hotel is a bit dated in decor, but very clean and comfortable. Spend the extra few dollars for the harbour view. Staff was very friendly. Pool needs some TLC but safe and clean to use. Would stay her again.

Posted Jul 3, 2015

Wonderful view

Posted Jul 1, 2015
We went to Vancouver for a family vacation. The staff was great! The view was amazing. We could have sat there for hours watching the sea planes come and go. it was a quick walk to the waterfront.

A solid 3 star hotel

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff were exceptional.
Cons: Take care of some of the little things that make a 3 star hotel into a 4 star hotel.
Location: Very close to many restaurants and the seawall. Easy access to the sky train, the sea bus, and quick to catch the bus to Stanley Park.
The hotel staff were fantastic and the location of the hotel was great. We could walk everywhere or catch local transport very easily. There were little things around that showed they needed some tlc: wallpaper in the bathroom was stained, the handle of the bathroom door kept coming off, both mattresses needed to be replaced. Hotel food was expensive as is typical but quality and presentation were good. We ended up having the room we requested but initially they wanted to change it to the opposite side without reducing the price we had paid for the nicer room. When we objected, they said we could wait for the original room to be ready (past the checkin time) which we did. It was a little inconvenient as we had plans to be somewhere else so we had to make arrangements with our luggage and weren't able to change our clothes before we left.

Crowded & Hungry

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Ar check in it would have been nice to be told, there would have been a high school grda event and the lobby was going to packed between certain hours. We wanted to eat in hotel restaurant but was told closed at 11pm at 11:05 with a rude manner. Then told to go to a bar which we were not requesting. Parking cost for less then 24 hours cost $42.

Great hotel. Great location.

My family loved staying here before our Disney Cruise. Many great spots within walking distance and getting to Canada Place was very easy. Loved the views of the float planes taking off and landing. The planes were a little noisy, but the views were worth it.

Great hotel for Vancouver waterfront

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Clean, accessible + wifi
Cons: Food prices, but that's not hotel's issue :)
Location: It's right clear to waterfront - excellent travel opportunities. Close to Hop-on/off buses.
Excellent hotel, location and everything was great. Accessible Wi-Fi without major difficulties.
