“Budget-friendly, convenient, courteous!”

Very friendly, attentive staff. Safe, convenient location - just a short walk to the Brighouse station for Canada Line Skytrain that'll take you into downtown. I will be staying here again when visiting Vancouver. It's located just far enough to be away from the hectic downtown area, but close enough to hit all the major spots via the Skytrain or local buses. The area also has a lot of tasty Asian restaurants.

Great hotel, easy to find. Free Breakfast is satisfactory and the staff is nice. My only complaint is having to wait until 3:00 to get into the room when I arrived at 10...

“Convenient and comfortable stay close to airport”

This is an older hotel but it was very well-maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, and the free secured underground parking and free airport shuttle service were very convenient. Richmond is the home to some of the best Chinese food in the world, so be sure to go the extra few blocks to find some authentic dim sum and banquet-style dining.

“Great bargain”

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The location felt very safe. The best part was the lovely park and gardens behind the hotel--it was fantastic.

we were very pleased with the Ramada. It was very near the airport so very convenient. It's been remodeled and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, with a staff person there to help. She was wonderful, helping with everything and also serving the coffee. Fun (but noisy)local Irish pub across the street with good food.

I stayed at this hotel exactly a year ago and my experience this time was just as good as last year. The staff is corteous, hotel is clean, breakfast is excellent and plentiful, the room was cozy and very comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel for the price and location a million times.

Awesome hotel. Amenities were OUTSTANDING! Great breakfast w/eggs. Walking distance to major shopping mall and several great restaurants including the metro (light rail) that takes you to downtown Vancouver.
