The New Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver downtown is the only upscale branded extended stay hotel in the city. Conveniently located in the central downtown core, the hotel is within close to world class attractions, dining and entertainment. The Inn was designed to accommodate travels with extended stays.

Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver Downtown offers a complimentary full hot breakfast buffet daily in the second floor Gatehouse breakfast area. There is a 35-foot pool and spa in a sunlit atrium. The fitness center is equipped with up-to-date pulse-quickening and strength-training equipment. There is also an outdoor fitness deck that is great for stretching out. The outdoor terrace and comfortable patio includes a communal barbecue and picnic area.

The 24-hour business center has 1,296 square meter (23,637 square feet) of meeting facilities which includes 4 conference rooms with audio-visual equipment, secretarial services, tech support staff and complimentary high-speed wired/wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Event catering and banquet facilities are can also be accommodated. Guests also have complimentary use of a computer in the lobby. The front staff assists guests with tours/ticket help, laundry/dry cleaning needs and there are umbrellas for that rainy day. The hotel's Cavino restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner but may not offer all meals every day. Start the day with a Starbucks coffee and finish the day exploring British Columbia's passion for food and wine. The Vancouver Aquatic Centre, with its large indoor swimming pool, is four blocks from the hotel.
