Good location at Vancouver downtown area

Pros: Affordable budget hotel with spacious room and free fast wifi.
Cons: The sofa is old and needs replacement.
Location: Within walking distance to the Stanley Park and the sea side. Lots of good foods to eat around and the Safeway supermarket is close by.
Although the building outlook is old, the room is functional, clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the Vancouver Central Downtown Sky Train Station, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Good location

Location was convenient for walking around the area. Parking was not good and pricey ($19/night). Room was ok, nothing special but nothing horrendous either. Glad we only paid $69+tax. Wouldn't be worth any more than that

駅からは少し離れていますが、部屋は広く清潔でスタッフの方も親切でした。 ただ、向かいの部屋が騒がしいと話し声が結構聞こえてきました。

Parking was not included and I wouldn't pick this hotel for that total price. If the parking was included, I would have rated them higher because my expectation might have lower for what I paid.

The staff was very friendly & that's all the good

Staff excellent. Facility is run down. Noise level was horrific. Beds may have been rejects from a prison ward, uncomfortable and squeaky enough to wake the dead. General room condition was threadbare. Would not recommend or stay there again.

I am happy I can share with you that we are expecting a delivery of a new bedding system this week since we listen to our guests and we want to provide the best sleep quality for their stay. Regarding the noise, please do not hesitate to contact our 24-hour's front desk staff with any issue you might experience during your stay, we would be more than happy to fix it for you immediately. We do understand that rooms on lower level facing Robson Street tend to be a little bit noisier. We provide high quality earplugs which are very helpful and can eliminate the the noise coming from outside very well. Our visit was just ok, I suppose we are used to higher than 2 star standards. The bed was too hard and my husband could feel the springs. The suite had old furniture but was neat and spacious. The walls in the bedroom had dark brown paint allowing thick dust to be seen on them. On the other hand the staff was excellent and accomodating.

Not only that we are putting extra pillows on each bed, we are also switching our triple sheeting system to duvets which provide much more comfort for our guests as we truly believe. On top of that we have gotten very positive feedback on new luxury mattress pads which we have been tasting. They make your sleep an amazing experience and I sincerely hope that once we place them on all our beds, you will have the chance to try it by yourself any other time you come to Vancouver! I also appreciate your note about the dust on the walls since it shows us what we can do better. We already brought it up to housekeeping department. Thank you for encouraging us to do better and better every day! It was nice. The windows are a little thin that you can hear everything. But if your use to noise then it's fine.
