Comfortable hotel, great location

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodations. Terrific staff.
Cons: The parking garage is too tight.
Location: The location in the heart of downtown allowed us to park our car and walk to the Rogers Arena and on other key downtown streets
We came up from Seattle for one night (to attend a Canucks game) and the Rosedale on Robson thoroughly met our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, the location perfect for us to walk to Rogers Arena and back. The parking garage is a bit on the tight side, but fortunately there was another patron there to provide some guidance to get out of our parking spot. Overall, the Rosedale was just right for us.

Great hotel walking distance from Canucks arena

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Cons: The only negative thing is the long wait for the elevators.
Great stay, great location! The suite was large and had a full kitchen. The staff was helpful, and Rosie's Restaurant was great with gluten free options. Walking distance to Rogers' Arena for the Canucks game.

Where's the couch?

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Why do they only have chairs in the living room? For some reason they got rid of the couch and replaced it with chairs.

Great stay!

Posted Dec 31, 2014
Pros: The staff are accommodating and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast food needs a variety of menu to be added like eggs, hotdog. More protein maybe.
We had a great time staying in the hotel. May and Rodalyn from the front desk were very helpful and accommodating with our needs. We needed an extra bed for our kids and they provided us in a timely manner.

Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants

Posted Dec 28, 2014
We spent 2 nights on our Christmas vacation. The staffs were really nice and helpful. On Christmas day, some restaurants nearby were open. I recommend to try the ramen place next to the hotel and japadog that is located few blocks away from the hotel.

Very dated hotel

Posted Dec 27, 2014
Very old interiors. Clean, good location, easy parking in the garage at $20 a night. I'd stay in a newer hotel next time.
