Great location close to Robson Street!Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: The location, Adjoining restaurant, Room amenities
I enjoyed my stay here. It was an awesome location and I liked that there was a kitchenette so that I could buy groceries and make my own food (to save some $). I also love the adjoining restaurant (Rosie's on Robson which is an Elephant & Castle) - food was delicious there. I could walk nearly everywhere or transit was nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great pricePosted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: Fitness centre is off the lobby on the ground floor--would have been better higher up where it wouldn't be visible from the hotel lobby.
Rosedale is a suite hotel, providing everything that is needed to live apartment-style, including coffee. Hotel likely dates from the 1990s, but everything was in very good condition. Located equi-distant from Roundhouse transit station and Granville station, its location provides easy access to Yaletown and Pacific Centre, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The roof of the second or third floor was totally landscaped, making our fifth-floor suite appear to overlook a forest. Would easily stay there again.

Hard MattressesPosted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: Very nice hotel but the mattresses are so hard, there is no way we could ever stay there again. Staff was awesome, very centrally located, very clean
Cons: the mattresses were so hard, we could never stay there again.

good location and rate but thats the only positivePosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: location and price
Cons: everything needs to be improved.
depressing decor, dingy, uncomfortable. Good location and fair price, but a dreary place to come "home" to in the evenings and to wake up in.

My favourite hotel in VancouvetPosted Oct 19, 2014
I've been staying at the Rosedale on my trips to Vancouver for 6 years now. Occasionally I try another but I have always come back to the Rosedale. The location is perfect, the staff are both professional and friendly and the rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean.

Nice hotel, good location for public transportPosted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: Good location, helpful staff and room cleaniness
Location: Is in Downtown Vancouver, very near the Stadium, Chinatown, Gas Town, shopping mall and Food Courts and restaurants.
Enjoyed our stay there. Clean room and helpful staff. Good location and very convenient for public transport to get around town. Good public transport to get around sightseeing and very reasonable day pass.

dissappointingPosted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: room and bed comfortable
Cons: see above. Wifi should be boosted...no reception in our room. long waits for elevators!
Location: the party we attended was easy walking distance
booked online for three adults and was charged extra for the third adult. No extra towels for third adult. Poor directions to hotel online [and we were walking from the sky train station] finally arrived after 2 pm and told our check in wasn't until 4pm!!! Ridiculous. Gym far to exposed...I don't enjoy being watched as I excercise!

Vancouver stopoverPosted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Location, facilities, the spacious corner suite we booked.
Cons: Perhaps lighten the decor of the restaurant so it is not so oppressive appearing and faster service would be great.
Location: A good halfway point between Canada Place, Waterfront, Granville Island and the amazing shopping.
We stayed at this hotel for the first time and hope it will not be the last. It was excellent in every respect and we are very pleased we opted to stay in the centre of the city and chose this hotel. It was probably our favourite out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 9 weeks on holiday. Could not fault this hotel.

Great Hotel in a Great LocationPosted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Convenience and also the availability of a nice sitting area with a kitchenette for coffee or making a light breakfast, snack etc.
Location: Gas Town, Stanley Park, Yaletown and walking distance to catch the ferry to Grandville Island.
Loved the location of the hotel, great for walking around the city. The hotel itself was very nice and the restaurant was handy with a good assortment of options for all meals. We will definitely stay here again.
