Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Elevators could be cleaned more often. Rooms were clean though.
Location: Easy walk to library, art gallery, restaurants, and it felt safe despite evening walking back to hotel.
It was a pleasant stay and staff were very helpful. The staff at the restaurant were excellent and helpful in giving info. re letting to locations in area. I would recommend your hotel.

Easy Access Hotel

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: I thought the parking was quite expensive, but maybe this is "par" for Vancouver. Being from out of town I am not familiar with Vancouver rates.
Location: The hotel , located within easy walking distance of downtown shops, reatuarants , the Queen "E" and B.C. Place, has a great location.
We were there one night while attending the Queen "E" Theatre. The hotel is right accross the street from the theatre. The hotel has undergone extensive renovations and is now modern and clean. The access from the TCH was very easy . Moxie's Restaurant on the premise had good service and reasonable food. Our room on the 11th floor had a fine view of the North Shore Mountains. The beds were comfortable, everything was very new & clean. The foyer is bright & clean. We were welcomed by a pleasant clerk who looked up & gave us needed information about road conditions as we left to go home to kamloops.

My room was the size of a broom closet!

Posted Apr 17, 2015
It took a minimum of 5 mins b4 the hot water kicked in in the shower, the drain in the tub was plugged and my knees were against the wall while I sat on the toilet the bathroom because it was so small, and housekeeping knocked on the door and proceeded enter the room at 830am after I had been at a concert all night, parking was $26 a day and the wait for the slowest elevators in the city was horrible, but it was affordable and the closets hotel to Rogers arena but will prolly try the hamptons next door next time.
