Convenient location

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Staff. Location. Amenities.
Cons: Room qualities overall.
Location: Great location near mall sky train and the arenas
The staff and location were awesome. The room was mediocre though. There was makeup marks on most towels, the blinds let most of the light in the morning, hair dryer only worked for 2 minutes at a time.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rapheal on the front desk.
Cons: The air conditioning unit in our room was noisy and didn't keep our room cool enough.
Location: The "Hop On and Hop Off" stop was right outside the front door and there was numerous eating places within a short walk from the hotel.
The hotel met all our needs and then some. :) with friendly staff, a hotel I would gladly recommend.

good quality for the price

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: The was price reasonable and the close proximity to theatre and shopping. Great restaurant (Moxie's) open til midnight
Cons: no valet parking
Location: Close to Queen Elizabeth Theatre, great restaurants and shopping. Central to most everything
We were upgraded to a lovely corner room with awesome views of the city and mountains. Surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of everything. Most of the downtown hotels are outrageously expensive so I was quit surprised how nice the Sandman was, great value.

Disapponting

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: They need to understand the needs of their guests
Location: Next to BC place
We have stayed here three times in the last few weeks. The hotel staff is unprepared for large events. As is the restaraunt staff. We arrived for one of our stays and were told there was no parking!! We had to park 6 blocks away at another hotel. If they don't own the parking (as we were told) they should inform guests prior to their arrival that they may not have available parking! We then proceeded to ta completely full restaurant with one staff person waiting tanles and bartending!!!

Close to events we were attending

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Convient, nice bar.
Cons: Would like more communication and consistency
We were told we would have parking at the hotel - a big selling point for us, there was no spot to be had, we ended up parking 6 blocks away and paying more for it than we would have at the hotel. Guests that came in after us were "squeezed in" to spots.

시내에서 가까움

Posted Jun 18, 2015
전자레인지, 실내화가 없어요 나머지는 깨끗합니다. 가격도 저렴합니다. 벵쿠버 시티센터역과도 가깝고 좋네요. 무료 와이파이도 됩니다.

Hotel is cramped and not in great shape. Elevators are slow and clunky. A/C doesn't work well in some rooms. Staff is friendly, but not overly helpful. 3rd party parking is quick to ticket, but the front desk comps them with a bit of work.
